I had a good experience. Nobody would even consider doing a wheel alignment on my Tesla Model 3, but these guys know what they are doing and were able to take care of it no problem.

The shop was very professional, great knowledge, fair priced, and quick service. So if this place is a scam as people testified to, then why would Boro took the time to check the problems present, test drive with me, and now all the problems no longer exist. The price for parts and labor was way cheaper than all the other places that gave quotes. Boro gave a fair price and a great fix. It was a blessing after 4 months of repairs on my vehicle after my accident. Boro was kind and actually listened. I am unrelated to Boro and I would recommend his shop to others.

The absolute worst auto shop I’ve been to. Very dirty, instant attitude, seemed uneducated and overpriced. Went in for new brake pads and tire patch a few months ago and within 2-3 months, my brakes started squeaking again. Got them checked by a family friend, wrong USED brake pads for my car that were improperly installed. Called to complain in hopes for a partial refund somehow there’s no proof of my repairs (paid in cash) will never be back. Pretty sure I heard the F slur mumbled before getting hung up on.

SCAMMERS. Please DO NOT GO HERE. I got my car fixed, paid over 1,000 dollars and the owner never gave me a receipt, told me he would email it to me then never did. My cars having the same issue months later and he says he NEVER fixed my car but I paid over $1,000 to get it fixed by him a couple months ago. I left my car there for a week and when I picked it up and paid him in cash he told me what he fixed and it was fine for a couple months now I have to pay over 1,000 to get the same exact thing fixed because he didn’t do it right nor does he remember even doing work on it. Bs

repairs are way too costly, owner boro will “fix” your car under the table then not give you a receipt and pocket all your money you pay him, then lie and say he never worked on your car. super sketchy things going on in this repair shop

Boro is scamming people, do not go to this repair shop unless you want to pay tons of money and have nothing fixed with you car. He doesn’t know what he’s doing and he makes people pay for their car to just sit in the shop while he does nothing to repair your car DONT TRUST BC AUTO REPAIR

This business shouldn’t be trusted unless you want to waste your money and have your car in worse condition than it was when you brought it in. All these good reviews are from his family and friends so don’t trust those either, he charges way too much and doesn’t even fix your car

i have a 2012 dodge caravan that i use for work (postal service) and boro is my favorite repairman. i drive 75 miles a day and deliver to 700 houses, useing my brake and gas for 8 hours. so the wear and tear is guaranteed. i live in lafayette which is 1 hour and 30 min from bc auto so that tells you something. i will literally drive or have my van towed to him for repair.he is honest and straight forward with diganostics and very quick repairing. like i said i use my vehicle for work so if its not fixed i cant work. so he will take 1 day of a large task due to urgency of getting back to work.i highly recommend you make that trip if you wanna keep driving your vehicle.
