I went in for my usual maintenance. I wandered into the showroom and left with a 2025 BMW X1 28i, x drive SUV. Black on black, which is my favorite color! Kemal, my salesman, Nick, the business manager, Hector, and Ethan, are the BMW Genius 's, are all the best!!!

This is me my first BMW X1. I have to say Kamal Sen is very professional and knowledgeable and made my experience very comfortable and easy. He knew I was shopping around at different dealers and he didn’t pressure me. Even though it took me a week to finally decide which make of car I was going to buy. Kudos to him for being so patient and nice when dealing with a woman that helped me make my decision too!

I just purchased a wonderful vehicle from this dealership, and I can honestly say it was the best car buying experience I have ever had. I believe that Jeremy Koehler gets most of the credit. If it wasn't for his honest and good natured approach, I wouldn't have driven 3.5 hours to buy my preowned vehicle.
If you are buying a new or used car, he is the guy!
Thier finance dept. was quick and easy to work also.
Jeremy gets 6 stars for his performance!!!!
P.s. - they play no games at this dealership.

DO NOT BUY USED.
In March I bought a 2015 ford escape, the salesman Terry was very helpful and reassuring that this vehicle was in GREAT CONDITION, relaible, and that for the miles and price I wouldn't find another this good. The financer Nick was also very reassuring that the car would be reliable, telling me nice things like "you got a family bro, we need to get you into a good car" and things of the like... even held it for a week for me when a bonus I was expecting from work didn't hit my account the day I thought it would. Not even 3 whole months after I bought the car, it started overheating, but! I bought the 3rd party warranty! No problem! Just take it in and get it checked out, we'll they told me they didn't have the right tools to do a pressure check so sent me to a ford dealer, who immediately found coolant in my oil and cylinder. I tried resolving the issue with BMW because the warranty they sold me requires I pay a $2200 engine breakdown out of pocket before they decide whether or not it will be covered. While speaking with the people at BMW, Justin, and Shujaat, Shujaat legitimately asked me if I "had money to put towards a new car". I BOUGHT THE CAR IN MARCH AND IT HAS BEEN AT A FORD DEALERSHIP SINCE JUNE WITH A BROKEN ENGINE. I know these people are used to selling $100k+ cars, and more than likely don't see me as a real "customer" so don't care, but the audacity of that question is ridiculous. So, if you're looking for used, don't buy from these people. They will scam you and act dumb. Save you're money and your mental health go ANYWHERE else.

This is my first BMW and the service I received here is absolutely amazing!!!! The communication from Vince was fabulous and Kaleb was an amazing resource for the loaner car questions that I had. If you don’t come here to have your car serviced you will be missing out on the best service I have ever received from a dealership. This review is coming from someone that has been working on cars and buses for over 30 years, so I may know a little bit about good service for your vehicle.
