I went to this business to ask about selling different types of sports and entertainment cards. The person working there was busy looking through cards. Never once looked up from his task, barely spoke and was really not interested in me or my questions. I will try another business in the area with someone who cares about customers.

I brought my 8 and 6 year old sons here yesterday to look at pokémon cards. The store is very organized and clean and the employees were kind and helpful.As soon as we walked in, someone greeted us and asked us if we needed help. They directed us to the pokémon cards, which were set up neatly at tables with chairs. We also looked through the holographic and higher value cards that were in a display case. Every once in a while an employee would check in to see how we were doing. They closed at 7 PM and I didn't realize the time. I was so embarrassed when they told me at 7:20 PM that they were getting ready to close. We quickly wrapped up our purchase even though I didn't feel at all that they were rushing us. My sons loved the experience and I look forward to returning in the future.

Has any card pretty much you need whatever it is your looking for they'll have it ! Pokemon, to vintage. They host they're own Autograph events depending who's coming ... catch them on Facebook to keep updated on their events..

They lowball you on cards. Had brought in a 400$ card and got offered 50$ because it wasn’t a chicago or indiana team, brought in a 300$ Justin fields card and got offered 20$ on it. Highly recommend just selling your cards yourself or going to a local card show. And before you purchase any cards here, they charge 40% over completed listings on majority of cards and do not offer any discounts, but best believe there offering you 20% of what the card sold for when your trying to sell to them. Take your cards to card shows or sell on eBay and please avoid this place.

Placed my first order with BBCE to have rack packs authenticated. It was a fantastic experience from start to finish. Great communication and outstanding product. Was nervous about having items shipped back but were packaged perfectly. Will be doing more. Really nice to work with

The new shop has been open since September and everything is bigger and better than it already was. The monthly trade nights and special events have been a blast and every time I stop in everyone there is always friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable.

Selling there is a complete joke, they low ball you on every card you try to sell and have a very rude staff!

Steered me away from doing business with them after being told over the phone that they are not “interested” in “pricey” cards that are not graded, although are in awesome condition. Very strange business strategy to lose money in a hobby/job you’d think you love. Wow I am surprised.

Terrible service, walked in and didn’t even greet us, didn’t even ask if we needed help, nor did they try to approach us. My 8yr old and his dad left. It was their first time there and he was excited to go get Pokémon cards. They left and took their business else where. They were just standing there and one of the guys was watching tv and another one was on his computer.

I've purchased several different unopened items from BBCE over the last 10 years. Mostly 80s wax packs & boxes. Every item I opened myself and all seemed 100% "legit". My 1987 Fleer baseball wax box was correct, no doubles as late 80s Fleer baseball wax boxes should be. Even pulled all the key RCs. My 1987 Donruss wax box had 2 McGwire's, 2 Bo's, 2 Palmiero's, 1 Maddox, Bonds,etc which is nice and totally normal. One of the McGwire's is probably a PSA 10 but i don't bother getting 5$ cards graded. My 1981 Topps football cello pack had a Peyton that graded PSA 9. In a 1984 Topps hockey pack I pulled a Yzerman RC that graded PSA 9, thought I'd get a 10. I bought a pack of 1989 Score Football and pulled an Aikman that came back PSA 10. I also bought some duds as is the way when opening product. Bottom line, I've purchased several orders and had zero issues. In fact, I thank them for being a place i could purchase packs from my childhood without worries of searching or resealing. I will continue to buy from them until they give me a reason not to.
