We came to the store to have our new phones activated. Nick helped us, he was great and very patient, we were there for 2 hrs. However, the girl who was also there. I think her name was Amber and the person in charge. She was not 1 bit friendly terrible customer skills. We are glad we had Nick to help us Great job!!
