Wonderful place for out patient therapy. Staff very friendly and knowledgeable. Occupational Therapist, Gloria was very patient with my elderly mother but also pushed her just enough to get great results with her rehab following humerus fracture.

Kaitlyn is amazing! She is very knowledgeable in her job and I felt well cared for! I walked in the first day unable to weight bear and left my last day skipping to my car! I thought for sure I needed surgery but it was certainly not needed!

I’ve been to the facility twice within the last two years. Once for after surgery on left hand to take out a growth and once for after surgery for a distal bicep tendon repair. After the bandages/splint had been removed after the respective surgeries, I thought my movement would be severely limited. But after time and working with Gloria Churry (certified hand specialist) I believe I am 100% recovered in both areas. Great work and tremendous knowledge . You have to be patient with your recovery, guided by a knowledgeable therapist.

I have been a patient at Athletico/Schererville, IN since June 2023. From the front desk to the back of the facility I have been treated with respect, care, concern, love and laughter. Not only will they help you heal, but they also keep you laughing through your pain. The atmosphere here is family friendly. They take their time and focus on your special need. They are constantly asking "how are you feeling", "is this too much", "is this too heavy", they even ask "how did you feel after you left the other day.' I can go on and on about APT/Schererville, IN. I highly recommend this facility to everyone who is looking for physical therapy. I would like to especially thank my Physical Therapist, Kaitlyn Govert. She went above and beyond helping me heal my torn rotator cuff. She was also my psychiatrist. ?

3RD TIME I USED ATHLETICO.FROM START TO FINISH THE STAFF ALL MADE ME FEEL WELCOME ALL MY QUESTIONS WERE ANSWERED. I STARTED OUT WITH THERAPY FOR A TOTAL KNEE REPLACEMENT I WAS AT 70%.7 WEEKS LATER THANKS TO DERICK & JAKE THEY BOTH GOT ME TO 120%THERE WERE TIMES IT WASNT EZ BUT THEY FOUND A WAY FOR ME TO SUCCEED. THANKS AGAIN.

I went to Athletico for treatment of a pulled hamstring muscle. I went twice a week for four weeks. My treatment consisted of massage and exercise and exercise at home. It’s been four weeks now and I can say that I’m not having any pain in my hamstring any longer.My physical therapist, Jennifer Fernandez was excellent to work with. I would definitely recommend Athletico for any of your physical therapy needs, John Ward

Derek was my therapist prior to my labral tear diagnosis and surgery. I had great results increasing my range of motion and still am seeing great results as I recover. Staff is always very helpful and friendly. They are also very flexible to fit PT into my work schedule. I would highly recommend Athletico.

I had a excellent experience. The staff answered every question I had in a manner that I understood it completely. My therapist worked with me to make sure I was doing my PT correctly which I greatly appreciated. I also had question regarding another aliment I had and they took the time to check my situation and recommend a Dr to visit. I was so impressed by the fact, that this 2nd aliment was looked at and a recommendation was offered. In previous PT places, this would not have happened. Also, even though my PT at this time is complete, my therapist told me if I have questions feel free to reach out for help. This tells me that Athletico truly believes in helping one reach their full potential.

I've been coming here for OT for 5 weeks now. Gloria is fantastic as is the entire staff. Very friendly and knowledgeable. I've gotten great results here and would highly recommend.
