Very slow customer service in the drive thru and very rude. Act like you're annoying them to have to do their job. Save yourself the headache and bank elsewhere.

Your deposits are not available when they are made, they hold them for 2-4 days which I have never experienced. If you call and ask they tell you they will be available next day then change their story. Worst bank I’ve ever experienced

I have worked with Farmers-Citizens Bank for over sixty years. Although they are now owned by PNC, they are the same personnel and go out of their way to serve me. I usually deal with the Salem branch, but all the branches have been helpful to me.
