It's not a bad store to shop at if they would get Reid of a few rude workers and not make them group leaders (supervisors) and let them run off good help .Guess they like it that way .I use to work there but a guy name Joe ran me off like he dose others ,thinks he was the store .that's why they can't keep help .no use call corporate office won't do any good ,just make him group leader. Go figure

A great place to buy Kroger-brand products at a sizable discount. Just wish it wasn't in this trashy center.

Great bargain grocery store. Generally well stocked. Can't beat the prices. Sometimes get very long check out lines. The cashier that usually checks me out is very friendly and helpful. She's a keeper. One down side. I don't buy produce here. It tends to go bad quickly. The frozen fish fillets are better than Walmarts.

I'm very glad Salem has Ruler Foods as an option! For bargain grocery shopping, there is no better choice in Salem than Ruler. Although some items don't have many name brands to choose from, they do carry a lot of what their owner, Jay-C, has. Additionally, you can gain fuel points while shopping at Ruler.

I was in your store and watched your assistant manager kick a in home healthcare worker out of your store who was helping a patient pick up groceries due to the social distancing and I was appalled. I as well as others have called corporate. I'd hate to be in his shoes

Neat store and friendly staff. But you have to use .25 for your cart and you have to buy the bags .10 each also you have to bag your own items.

Prices are good 👠Store is organized 👌 The staff on the floor could have been a little more helpful by being polite and take a minute to move out of the way!! I had to turn around and go completely around to the next isle. Also, they never even greeted myself or the other lady who was in a handicap cart. Other than that, I would have rated your store with 5 🌟
