I am very please with the service at HFAS. Dotty is very responsive and giving updates. It's great to find a local shop that I can trust to take care of my car. I highly recommend HFAS for any foreign auto service!

they fixed our tire quick & for a very reasonable price! got a screw in our tire on the highway, and found this... they plugged it quickly, and helped our family with a toddler & baby feel comfortable during the short wait. we were able to finish our drive to Chicago safely! they turned what could have been a trip-killing disaster into a positive experience!

Duane and team really helped me out in a pinch by replacing a tire that blew on the highway with my spare tire (no wheel). I was pretty much stuck overnight on a Sunday, but Monday morning they got my tire, replaced it and brought it back. Seriously saved me and now I can continue my drive home up north. Thank you!

HORRIBLE customer service. Front desk “owner” was extremely rude after my car had to come BACK in immediately after picking it up for service. Again. Will not be giving them our business ever again! Save yourself the wait and hassle!

Very rude was supposed to be talking the the owner “Female “ I guess very rude disrespectful and unprofessional. Was gonna have my Mercedes Benz worked on there but I could tell there not use to working on real vehicles with real money. It says” FOREIGN CAR REPAIR ” but all I’ve seen is golf cart work guess I should of seen that earlier. Need to change advertisements if your really not a professional “FOREIGN CAR REPAIR SHOP “ She just cost her self a $2,000 or more was gonna start small with minor issue to see how things went and then get everything I needed done before winter came.Shew ,I’m sure glad she let me know ASAP what they was about definitely shouldn’t be representing a company like that in anyway shape or form!! oh well someone else will love to do it I’m sureServices: Car waxing
