I've had great success with this location. Routine Rx and help when MD messed up facilitating my insurance requirements. Have done all my vaccines here too...really appreciate their team. Store is busy...all the time.

Probably the worst pharmacy in all of lake county, they always take forever. The last time I went there, after getting a text saying the prescription was ready, I get there and they said 30 more minutes. So, I waited around 30 minutes, went back and now they said 45 minutes, probably switching to cvs now. Also they close at 6pm on Saturday’s.

The pharmacy has gotten much better. I understand some things are out of their control. But, over all the employees are much nicer. Especially the young lady in the health/beauty department. Hopefully the store continues to improve.

Went to grab my son some immune support before they closed and the cashier, Josh, asked me if I was paying with cash or card when I walked up and he seemed a little worried and I said "card, why what's up" he said well the systems are down and card may not work, I said ok np let's just try it. Well, like he said the systems were still down. I said that is no problem. He asked how much cash I had on me and I said $5 but it's not enough and THEN, he went above and beyond and offered to pay for the rest with his own money because he felt bad. I politely declined and said it is no problem I should have enough for tonight. Reason for my 5 stars is, Josh, went ABOVE and beyond my customer service needs. I may of not took his offer cause I don't want to take a hard working man's money but the fact he was so considerate of my autistic son, was very genuine and really made my night even though I walked out empty handed. If you read this josh, your parents raised you right and keep up the hard work. Management, give this man a raise!

The new manager, with the long curly hair,that works at photo,is very rude,for 2 days in a row,I drop off FedEx 3xs a day there,and she won't scan package in front of me,she says she will do it later,unexeptable those are very important,I even called the store,to make sure they were scanned,and she still gave me attitude.SMH!

Consistently, have problems with this pharmacy. Literally, I've been with Walgreens my entire life and this the worst Walgreens of them all !!!! File a complaint at Indiana.gov

Do not use this pharmacy! They have no idea what they are doing. Once I was notified that a prescription was teady, but when I got there, they had no idea why I was notified that it was ready. Today, I waited in the drive thru for 20 minutes. When I finally got to the window, the lady starts to put up a sign that says closed for lunch. I told her I was here well before 1:30 pm and wairlted 20 minutes. But she didn't care and refused to serve me. This is the worst Walgreens I have even been too and will betaking my business elsewhere.

The workers in the actual store/ the actual store is good. The pharmacy is HORRIBLE. I can never get my prescription without a problem. All of the staff is rude and can’t help with anything that you need. If you want to jump threw hoops of arguing, phone calls, calling providers back and forth, getting stuff canceled, and waiting for weeks without medicine, then come here. It’s sad because years ago I had no issues and in the last few years it’s been absolutes unacceptable and after my recent experience I have to transfer pharmacy’s. Waiting 2.5+ weeks for urgent medicine thats in stock just due to confusion and unwillingness to help or work with providers is insane.

I'm sad to see such a low rating and to read all these bad reviews. I'm so sorry. I've had nothing but good experiences at this pharmacy. The employees are always kind and helpful. I'm thankful to have such a good hometown pharmacy!

The pharmacy at the Saint John location is terrible. They do not maintain standard hours and frequently close early—by hours, not minutes. They also routinely run out of standard prescription medications and the techs are not very knowledgeable.

Noooooooooooooooo good ever. Literally will wait on the phone for 40 minutes and when you do get an answer they are unprofessional.

Do not use this as your pharmacy. The pharmacist is extremely abrasive and unhelpful.They did not fill my prescription correctly. Then I had lost one and she refused to contact insurance for lost prescription and told me to just pay out of pocket because “most” insurance companies will not cover lost medication.Prior to that. The prescription came in wrong from hospital. I had it corrected. She refused to fill it unless I paid cash and would not ask my insurance for an override and explain the situation. Even when my doctor called in she was rude and not helpful at all.Walgreens needs to take a look at how poorly the pharmacy is being run here. I come to pick one up they tell me 30 minutes. I come back an hour later still not ready.If you look at my many reviews that are almost all positive. So for me to leave a bad one really takes a lot. This pharmacy has been the most frustrating and frankly rude pharmacist I have ever dealt with. I asked her to call the insurance. She told me to make my own calls.Update: I called my insurance they did an override for my lost prescription without a problem. Got to the pharmacy and they tried charging me $180 I said there is an override. So the girl brought it to the pharmacist. Who acted like it was a hassle to print out a new sheet so I would not be charged. I’m done with this place now.
