The staff was very friendly, thorough and fast. There are coupons available on-line for huge savings; I was able to apply a 50% off. I am a regular patron at this business.

The workers were very kind HOWEVER, I got a synthetic oil change and they gave me a sticker that says to bring it back in 3000 miles. I’m disappointed that I paid $100+ and they still misled me to come back sooner than I need to. Why not just be honest?

They can change your oil just fine. But don't ask for anything else from these people because they can't do it. They can't even change a head light bulb.

Absolutely dissatisfied.been going here a long time and this was the first time I felt ripped off. Paid $117 for a synthetic oil change and never saw the oil pumped in. Said they filled it from the bottom? Dipstick isn’t clear it’s black.

I visited this location last week and had an oil change done on my 2023 Chevy equinox. It took about 35 minutes of waiting in line with 2 cars ahead of me, which isn't that bad. The thing is they kept coming out and having people back up to rearrange the two lines outside both of their bay doors. This is a problem because it's just an accident waiting to happen. Second problem was that they spilled oil all over my engine and had to do a "wash down" that still left oil on my engine. Third problem is that they removed my air filter to show me it was still new, put it back in and didn't screw the cover back down so about 4 days later it threw a p0171 code and was dumping too much fuel into the engine trying to make up for all the extra air making it's way into the engine. Fourth problem, they couldn't figure out how much oil my suv needed and I had to tell them. That should have been my first clue to tell them to just let me go. I went to this place for years under the old owner before it was valvoline and never had any problems. They were fast and reliable. I've been to valvoline twice and been let down both times.I'm finding a new oil change place. Pathetic.

Called a bunch of places for an oil change on my Toyota TRD. Alesha at Valvoline (headquarters) was super helpful and even gave me a very decent discount for the oil change! The reason we chose Valvoline over the other places was bc Alesha (hope I'm spelling it right) was so pleasant and friendly, which you unfortunately don't find much anymore. We're looking forward to visiting the shop. Businesses need more Alesha's!!

This place is always ridiculously slow. 1 hour for an oli change is absurd. Today they had the line of cars back up and move around because of the “first come” basis. Maybe quit checking my lug nuts and stop acting like a pit crew when all people want is a simple oil change. The employees are short, not friendly and borderline rude. Management needs to really look at the operations.

HORRIBLE!!! WOULDN'T RECOMMENED THIS DUMP TO MY WORST ENEMY!!!! After sending my daughter there and $70 later, they sent her on her way without screwing the undercarriage on The next day, we noticed a large piece hanging on the driveway. After calling and speaking to the manager "J", we were told that they would take care of it. When my daughter got there, they told her she had to wait. I then called and spoke with them and also requested a refund for our inconvenience with THEIR error!!! She proceeded to tell me they would work with her. My daughter called me and said they refused to give her a refund and that she wasn't welcome back!!!! After telling me they word take care of the problem. I called their main customer service to complain and wanted to let everyone out there know, don't waste your time and money with this hot mess of an oil change place in St. John, Indiana. The lack of experience and professionalism is unlike anything I have experienced before! They also made sure to tell the person behind my daughter, they would get $25 off. That was real necessary to state in front of my daughter after refusing to give her money off or a refund. Izayiah and Drew were also part of this nightmare!!!!!!!! They don't have to worry about telling us we aren't welcome back, we wouldn't step foot in that mess if we had a lifetime of free oil changes!!!!!!! TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!!!!!!!

All new staff, so slow. I've honestly never seen people move so slow, snack breaks during my oil change, everyone just standing around. Not convenient at all and nobody seems to know what they're doing. So many other options locally, I'd skip and go somewhere else!!

This place is great and they go over and above to make sure each customer is very well taken care of and they explain things if you don't understand and tell you what you really need and what can wait awhile. This has always been my go to place for oil changes and anything else they can do I bring to them. We bring all our vehicles here. I recommend them to everyone!! Jabria is who to talk to, she knows her stuff!!! She even gave people who had to wait awhile discounts off their services today because they were waiting so long!!
