This store had everything I needed in stock (Yale Dylan Passage Knob with Marcel Rosette – Flat Black), which is difficult to find in stock and usually takes 2-4 weeks for other places to order. Also, the price was very good, providing pricing similar to a local lumber company.

We recently completed a kitchen renovation in our new home and had the pleasure of working with Evan Devine and the kitchen design team at Schillings. We're extremely pleased with the design and quality of our new kitchen cabinets and counter-tops. Evan provided outstanding customer service, was very responsive and creative with solutions. With any major project issues can arise. Evan was instrumental in offering up suggestions and truly went out of his way to ensure that our kitchen was exactly what we had envisioned. I highly recommend Evan and his team to anyone looking to upgrade or renovate their kitchen, you won't be disappointed.

if you return them , they will charge you 25 % 'restocking fee' other than shipping cost, they just rip you off for no reason , stay away

Incredible. Good quality cabinets at a reasonable price and in stock delivered a few days later.
I was initially told I’d have to wait two weeks to meet with their designer, but instead Austin Lain took the time to figure it out with me on the spot.
Delivery was on time (8-10am window, arrived at 8 exactly) and extremely professional. I couldn’t speak more highly of it.

We remodeled our kitchen and the experience was amazing. Caitlyn was professional, kind and helpful. We ordered cabinets, counter, flooring and two sliding doors. However a few weeks after install I found water marks on the cabinet doors. It seems when water splashes and stays on the door we now have water marks. Caitlin was able to order me two new doors and told me I needed to wipe my cabinets down every night. Now three months into the gorgeous counters, I find little chips. Some are where the drop sink meets the edge of the counter so I assume a pan or something hit the side of the counter while washing it. Another is when a lid slid off a pot. Another chip I’m not sure of but it’s where I typically set my mug. We do not have kids. We are adults who take care of our belongings. We don’t throw things, bang pans etc. This stuff is not meant for normal use. We spent so much money and time on the kitchen as a family and wanted to support a local company. I did sent a note to Schillings to express this and never heard back from
management. As a homeowner and not a contractor, beware of what you buy from here. Not the best quality. Cabinets were Medallion Silverline in Irish Cream and with special order quartz counters. Caitlyn, measuring services, delivery all were exceptional. The quality sucks.

My wife and I are looking into flooring at the Saint John location. A young man named Derek works in the flooring department. It was enjoyable working with him as he Displayed a good knowledge of the products available and of the workings behind the scenes. He was cordial and professional and was filled with an abundance of information. Thank you Derek.

I worked with Tracy Tomich at Schillings this past year during our new construction home build. Her expertise and attention to detail in every area regarding my kitchen, master bathroom and great room cabinetry made my experience with Schillings very favorable. She was very conscientious giving me the design elements that I was wanting in cabinetry throughout the home. Not only is she an excellent designer but also is very pleasant to work with. I would HIGHLY recommend her!!!!

Having to move to another home is stressful enough, but dealing with the bog box stores and employees that just aren't up to the job. And then I found Schilling Lumber in St John, IN. What a difference. I met with Evan Devine, Kitchens & Bath and Brian Stanislavski, Contractor Sales- Flooring just cant say thank you enough. Both are very knowledgeable and confident about the products I would be needing. This process has been a very positive experience because of Evan and Brian. Thank you both very much!
