First time getting my car washed here.. it was ok. People weren’t very friendly or helpful. Pulling in, I had no idea where to stop and pay or tell them what I wanted to purchase. Pulled to the tunnel because everyone else was pulling there and then a grumpy gentleman mumbled something and then told me to back up. Went in to pay, pretty easy, but never told what the process was to get my car when it was finished.

Well, maybe I could’ve given a better review had they been open. It’s 3:45pm on a Wednesday, and it says it’s supposed to be open until 5pm. It is very much closed. Wasted 20 min drive.

Just had a complete detail performed on my wife’s car and interior detail performed on my son’s car, both vehicles were completed same day and look great, great experience.

Whenever I call to schedule a detail, I get told to call back. They refuse to put me on a schedule even weeks in advance. Today the Aunt of the owners told me she cannot squeeze me in because of some winter deal they are offering that has made them very busy. I told her I am not interested in being squeezed in and I just want to be put on their books at some point because I have a large gift card I've been trying to use and each time she tells me to call back, I do and get told to call back again. If they cannot provide the services, I said I wanted my money back. Told all sales final.I then said you refuse to provide the services I have paid for and she hung up on me. I am now going into the store to talk to her face to face. At this point I wouldn't even trust them to work on my car with how unprofessional that woman has been.

Got here at 1 pm. At 2:32 my car still hasn't been washed. I can understand being short staffed, but half the vehicles that pulled up after me are washed, dried and gone!! Glad I didn't buy more books of tickets. Won't be coming back.

I can see why they have a "C" rating with the Better Business Bureau... but I'd still expect it to be lower.Doug, one of the owners screams at customers. When I asked what the policy is, Ed, the other owner told me he doesn't care. Additionally, 1 of their employees, Tom, lied.They have zero customer service. They are nasty people, and they definitely do not deserve the business of anyone who respects themselves, respects others, & expects to be treated with dignity & respect.Ed threw his hands down saying he doesn't care that I spend over $2,000/year here. To him, that is no big deal & not worth providing good customer service.I asked for a refund on unused tickets & they refused because of their policy. I asked what their policy says about screaming at customers, and he said that I "probably deserved it."Services: Polishing

Find another car wash, this one is truly terrible. The service took over half an hour (only 1 car in front of me) and it looked like they didn’t even bother vacuuming the floor/ wiping down the interior.Services: Auto detailing

The past couple of years I've purchased books of multiple car washes from this establishment due to the advertised savings. Up until recently, I've never had any problems or complaints. The workers are young kids and see a lot of them hustling. It's never been a perfect job. A couple of time they've even sucked the floor mat attachments in their vacuum system and I've never complained.On September 2nd, I took my truck to get the ultimate full service using one of my prepaid coupons from the book I purchased. I left in a hurry because I had a zoom call. Approximately 45 minutes after I left I called Hands On Premium Car Wash (8445 Wicker Ave in St. John) to let them know about my disappointment with my car wash. Much to my dismay, some lady who answered the phone was very abrasive and didn't want to even hear my complaint! Her response was that I should have checked my car before I left! When I expressed that this was unacceptable..... she basically hung up! A person like that should NOT be in customer service. Anyway, I probability won't use the 5 coupons I have left. I like to support locally owned businesses. With the phone interaction and bad attitude, I refuse to patronize or recommend this establishment!!!!

TERRIBLE customer service! I tried to get my car in for an interior detail, had the date set, once i told them it was with a gift card, all of a sudden they couldn't get me in until next month. Tried to schedule for the following month, I was told I would have to call back at the end of this month to do that.

Truly the WORST customer service I have experienced at any car wash, EVER. I dropped my car off for detailing. When I came to pick it up, I did a once over and found a few places that didn’t look as clean as I expected. When I brought it up to the young man who had done the cleaning, he proceeded to blame me for “never being happy with their service.” Instead of just grabbing a washcloth and rectifying the situation like any good business would do, he went on to state those were areas of the car that don’t get wiped down and then said, as if he was doing me a favor “well if you want me to I’ll go into my own time” and stay and clean it.His boss then proceeded to come out and again tell me nobody wipes down these areas even though I was pointing out obvious dirt. Both of these men, who wouldn’t give me their names, were rude and came out with so much attitude that I can’t even believe this place is still in business. Instead of arguing with me for ten minutes they could have easily fixed the situation in less time. I will NEVER bring my car here again and I suggest anyone else go to the numerous other car washes in the area that probably know how to treat their customers better. Truly unbelievable experience. For the amount of money a detailing costs that car better be coming back spotless and it wasn’t.Service: Auto detailing

This is the MOST inconsistent business I’ve ever encountered. Hundreds of dollars on car wash books and cannot use them. Every time I’ve come to their car wash, within the hours displayed. They’re closed. Today was our 6th attempt to use this car wash. Came today at 3 pm. Employees looked to be detailing their bikes, and vehicles. Post your correct hours on your doors. Post your correct hours on google. Answer your phone if you’re there. We asked to speak to a manager while there just now and waited 15 minutes. No one ever came. The employee left to get someone, came back but no one ever came. I genuinely want to know how I’m supposed to use our investment in their car wash books. If y’all are having staffing issues, change your posted hours so you’re transparent with your paying customers!

Worst car wash ever, poor communication from employees . Car was pushed from carwash in neutral after having doora locked with key inside while running , Asked for the owner an was lied too that he wasn't there, left to go get a second key , after being told at front desk that this happene an it can be slim jimmed, car ran from 11:30 to 1:15 because of the distance I traveled for secondary key. Went to front desk was told that owner was not in an that car was all ready washed . After complaining car was re wash dried, window was wet , inside windshield dirty. Went back in asked for owner again was told he was here , but know one could locate him. Asked employee to clean windshield. Car was not vacuumed , windows were not clean . Don't waste you time or money here better options in the area. Owner hides when there is a problem.
