Matt was very knowledgeable of the floor’s furnishings and was able to answer all of my questions and concerns. 10/10 do not recommend. Been an absolute nightmare working with them and lazy boy. We've had to constantly reach out for updates because our sales rep is completely useless and gives us one update one week and complete opposite weeks later we are constantly having to track her down for said updates and always has an excuse why something is amiss.. we have waited months for our furniture that was originally in stock and why we purchased it the first place and there were issues with quality of leather so the manager upgraded us to premium leather choices. Cool but we had to wait several more months for that and while our first two pieces were fine when they arrived, the third is a complete sloppy mess with crooked shaky drawer, the center console area was cleary attached by a drunk person as it's obviously crooked even to my 3yr old and staple hanging out the back corner and was missing a connector piece for it to plug in... we will never order from here again.
Every time we call for updates it's the same answers and run around that they were "just about to call" or they'll have someone call us back or they will “keep in contact” and they never do and they always blame lazy boy. We are very much over them and their entire process of business.. can't wait to get a full replacement for the chop job of a piece of furniture they sent us and to never do business with them again... absolute nightmare. You would think after spending 9k on furniture they would have better communication, followup and procedures in place for their customers but clearly they don’t value their customers. We wanted to shop local and help our community but won’t be making that mistake again.
Again 10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND !
