“Overall they did a good job. My bumper looks clean and new. I did have to point out an error to them when I went there to pick up my car. They made the adjustment. Later that same day I noticed another error with my hood so I had to go back the next day for another adjustment. I would just say they probably should have second eyes on the work that goes out once completed. Would’ve gotten them 5 stars from me.”

“Took my car there after I was rear-ended. They told me they could not guarantee that they would be able to start on my car until November 13th, but if I got my car towed there before that they would work on it sooner if possible. They ended up getting to my car much sooner and had it ready to be picked up on November 14th. Repairs were estimated to take 8 days and they did outstanding work on my car. It looks even better than before, I couldn't have had a better experience with this shop. If anyone is in need of body work I highly recommend going to Lakeside Collision II”

“This place does great work at a fraction of the cost compared to auto body shops in the area. My brother accidentally backed into the side of my car last year. I received estimates from a few local body shops that ranged from $2.5k to $3k. One of these body shops referred me to Van's PDR. I called and spoke to a great gentleman named Tom. He told me to come to the shop and he would let me know if he thought he could make the repair or not. Tom thoroughly explained his process and confirmed he could do the job so I made an appt for a few days later. The job took one day and I was able to pickup my Subaru the next day. It looked good as new and the low price I was quoted & charged was unbeatable. Tom does great work here and he is a class act. And no, i am not friends with him nor was i compensated for this review in any way. Thanks Tom!!”

“Started out with a flat tire Monday morning, called them as they were closest and they said air it up and come in, they will fix it. Made it there and while there asked for pricing on new tires. Gave me a very fair price and I went in this morning to get new tires. They didn't charge me for fixing my flat tire since I was coming in for new ones. Love this place and people are wonderful. “I usually purchase color matched rattle can paint online for autobody repairs, but recently found out that K&K can do OEM color matched aerosol cans while you wait, so decided to give them a try. They were able to make me a can in about 5 minutes, and they offer the option to include clear coat mixed into the base coat or leave it out. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable, and was able to answer a few questions I had on painting technique while I wanted for my paint to be made up. They also have just about every supporting product you could need, from scuff pads to masking to compounds and DA pads.I will say that even after shipping costs they charge about $4 more per can vs my usual online supplier, but they seem like good people and have a lot of other materials I need, so I'll continue to use them.”

“I took my jeep there to get repaired from getting hit by a deer. Owner Tom explained in full what he would do to fix damage, and gave me an estimate. Turns out this cost me alot less then actual estimate. He did a phenomenal job on my jeep, it looks AMAZING!!!! This is the only place I will ever go if I need this service again. Tom ( owner) and the way he repairs vehicles exceeded my expectations! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND AUTO TOUCH!!!!”
