Stellhorn RV was quick to find the problem with our refrigerator and have it repaired within a week. Customer Service was outstanding as they stayed in touch with us the whole time. Very friendly people. Highly recommend.

Do not buy from these guys! My niece bought one not even a year ago and they tricked her into this expensive extended warranty. My husband and I took over the payments due to a trash in the family and used it ONE time and found so many issues with the camper. We took it in for a QUOTE for the AC unit that kept freezing up, the door kept popping open on the highway because the lock was messed up, a broken vent in the bathroom, peeling linoleum from putting the slide out in, and many other issues and they would ONLY cover the door. The extended warranty was expensive and covered NOTHING. We explained to the company the tragedy that took place and why we took over payments, she still owes $20,000 and we were going to trade it in for a brand new bigger one for us, and they only offered her $11,000 for trade in!! After selling it to her for $22,000!! Not even a year ago!! They’re crooks. And they’re reeling people in for 3rd party warranty’s that cover NOTHING. She got hosed by this company and now they’re claiming it’s only worth half the value that she paid for it and it hasn’t even been a year. These things look like they’re put together with a glue gun. The AC unit was “fixed” when we took it in and the door lock. $100 for them to just put a piece of duct tape on the AC line and Labor Day weekend while camping, the AC unit still isn’t working correctly. We are buying a brand new camper, but it definitely will NOT be with this company. They have way better quality campers at other lots that won’t drop the value by 50% when you pull off the lot and their warranty’s are factory and actually cover broken issues on their campers. I wouldn’t send my worst enemy to Stellhorn in Kokomo Indiana.

We have purchased RVs in the past and I promise you the experience with this company and their wonderful team exceeds all professional and personal expectations! I would recommend Stellhorn to anyone looking to purchase, new or used! They are patient, knowledgeable, professional and kind in every step of the process. From the initial stepping in to a trailer to the final walkthrough the team excelled and I give them all 5 stars!
I also have to leave review for their service team Members Ashley and Zach who helped with an older trailer of ours. The entire team is patient, kind, knowledgeable and understanding when dealing with our frustrations from another company. If you ever need ANY service I recommend this team any day!

I had a great experience with the team at Stellhorn. We bought our first camper and they they took great care of us. The sales team and the finance manager never pressured us and treated us kindly, ensuring that we got exactly what we wanted. Their prices are very competitive with other dealerships. In fact, we found the same camper at another dealership for $3,000 more than the price at Stellhorn. This team will go out of their way to ensure happiness! I was even greeted and thanked by the owner!

Each person I interacted with was polite,helpful and professional. I have been sharing this experience with my friends. Glad this business was willing to install a dingy tow break system that they had no experience with. They did the homework and completed the work without any problems.

I called the dealership and Rachel answered the Phone with a very cheerful demeanor. I had a couple of questions and she called back in a very timely manner. I was even able to negotiate a lower price over the phone instead of driving an hour, so no games having to come in to get a price. Put a deposit down over the phone and picked up my used camper couple days later.
Dave in the service was very knowledgeable and patient while he went over everything with me. Although used, everything was cleaned inside and out. Once complete, April in the office was wonderful as well and the owner Doug thanked us a couple of times for our business. This place is very professional and friendly with no high sales pressure. I highly recommend Stellhorn RV for your camper needs.

Everyone involved with our purchase of this beautiful fifth wheel was incredible. Rachel, Brody, Zane, and April. I do not know what else to say. Their customer service was off the charts. When we trade up, we will be back!

I want to let everyone know that I had the warranty for life work done on my 2020 Alpine Fifth Wheel . I also had the wheel bearings repacked . New material put on my awning. The furnace fixed . The camper was washed , waxed and buffed to looking new again . I was very happy with the work and all of the people that work for Stellhorn RV . William Kokomo, IN

I want to preface this review with the fact that the people at Stellhorn RV are very nice and welcoming. They have a very nice, albeit small, showroom that is a joy to walk through. Everyone from the owner on down was always courteous and approachable. I never felt any of the usual sales pressure tactics whenever I was there walking around. However, if you were wondering if the rumor was true that the service industry when it comes to RVs is a disaster, you need not look any further. This place is the proof the rumor is true. Having bought my RV from Stellhorn I would have thought I would get preferential treatment in terms of my unit being serviced on an expedited schedule. In the two years I have owned my new unit it has spent over six months sitting in the service lot at Stellhorn for warranty work, after which the unit came back to me with new issues such as gaps in the sealant or plastic trim pieces completely missing. This latest stint that is not included in this six month total was for almost 2 and a half months. I had to bring my unit back for a warranty issue that was not properly fixed the first time. In addition to that, there were a total of 4 items that I wanted addressed, out of warranty and out of my own pocket, that were pointed out to the service manager during drop off. Flash forward over two months later and upon pick up of my unit NONE of the items were fixed. TWO AND A HALF MONTHS?!?!? And this after asking multiple times for status updates on the items I wanted fixed over the weeks and months while it sat there and being reassured that everything would be taken care of. To make matters worse they took payment over the phone for the “service they performed” because I would need to pick up the unit after hours only to find the work I paid for was never done. Now I get to try and get a refund. I am just appalled. When you call and leave a voicemail and only get a return phone call half of the time that’s a problem. When it takes two weeks to get a quote for service or parts that’s a problem. When a customer’s unit is sitting there for so long that the service management forgets what work needs to be done and doesn’t even to confirm that is has been performed before charging the customer that’s a problem. I plan on buying many RVs throughout the course of my life but none of them will be from here. It’s a shame because they are all very nice people and that’s why it’s two stars instead of one…but nice doesn’t replace incompetence.
