The prices have risen dramatically over the past few months (I've heard)but it's a very nice place to rent out for events.

It was a great place for different kind of events. Has great space, great kitchen. It was big and clean, has nice size bathrooms. Good parking. It is very well kept up. It is a big open space.. Definitely recommend this for different kind of events.

We used this venue for our daughter's graduation open house. It was spacious enough for us to have a dual open house with her friend. Plenty of space, a full kitchen and nice clean bathrooms. The price was super affordable. Great place!
