This is a bank! Two tellers were there. Both on their cell phones. I realize Russiaville is a small town but why allow them to play on their cells? I know the bank can view the video.

Person to person, awesome customer service.... The mobile app sucks, I have never had as much trouble with a online banking app as I have with this banks app and logging in on the full website. Very frustrating!!!
