Their system went down twice when I came in to sign papers. They gave me a $25 dollar discount and then we had to come in the 3rd time to sign physical papers. We got denied an advance because of money we were not aware we owed to H&R Block. We could have gone anywhere else & been approved. Very disappointing experience and won’t ever use them again

We have been going to H & R Block for our whole marriage, which is 44 years. We used H & R Block wherever we've lived. 3 different states, 3 state capitals, 5 cities, small towns and large towns, and we wouldn't go anywhere else. We've had our taxes done at the Rushville location for 30 years. We've had our tax returns done by Vickie Richardson for so many years, I've lost track. She is the best! Over the years we've had a few things out of the ordinary, but Vickie has always been able to not only prepare our taxes correctly, but she will also explain every little detail of our preparation, and if we don't understand it she'll break it down for us. Vickie makes getting our taxes done less painful.?

My tax Preparer Vickie Richardson was very time efficient while still taking the time to go through things and helping me understand certain parts of the process. Vickie was very professional and i cant wait to come back next year to see her again and have her help me with my taxes.
