“Needed to send some packages and happened to be in Frankfort (not my local PO). It was very easy to access this location. Not very much parking, but it seemed adequate for the traffic while I was on location. There was a nice variety of packaging materials and products available for purchase in the store as well as a display of available stamps. There wasn’t anyone at the counter when I first entered, but a bell was situated on the counter After I rang the bell, someone yelled from the back that they would be out shortly. It was two to three minutes before she emerged. By then, two more customers were had entered and were inquiring of me as to ringing the bell. (They weren’t there when I rang the bell). A few moments later, Angie emerged from the back and was very prompt. She provided me with the information necessary for my packages and was very efficient in totaling my order. She was pleasant and I was on my way within about two minutes. Overall, it was a very positive experience.”
