“This is a fairly new Motel 6 and is one of the nicest Motel 6 I've ever been in. It's spotlessly clean and the rooms are right in line with some 3 or 4 star hotels. The person who checked us in was friendly and professional, our room was spacious, was very nicely decorated plus included a wide screen TV and refrigerator (which comes in very handy since we booked for 2 weeks). The staff is really nice, and I would like to mention Carla specifically. She's the housekeeper and does an amazing job. Whenever I run into her (usually while I'm getting coffee) she always smiles and says "Good morning". They have fresh coffee every morning, it tastes great, and the staff won't look at you weird if you want a second cup. The hotel comes at a very low price, and is within walking distance to stores and just about anything you could want to eat. I would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone.”

“Rooms are large, quiet, and comfortable with nice amenities like a microwave and refrigerator but there were a few disappointing details:Rooms are very dim and poorly lit inside. The worst thing about the place are the pillows which are so soft and understuffed that your head will sink straight through them in just a few minutes, even with 2 of them it's like not even having a pillow. The HVAC was difficult to control, but the room was still a comfortable temperature most of the time so this wasn't a huge issue. The breakfast is pretty nice, they have a large spread including made-to-order omelettes and waffles and such. There are some shops and restaurants less than a block away which is very convenient”

“Great location, a mile or less from food, grocery, etc. Rooms are awesome, clean, good amenities. Only thing is I wish they had someone to service their bar. Was told it's been closed since covid.”

“Great Organization and place to socialize with an exceptional venue inside and out just across from Plym Park. Carport for pick-up and drop-off with plenty of parking. Highly Recommended.”

“I have been staying here 1 night a week for the past 2 months, and this is one of the best holiday inns I’ve been too.FOH always makes me feel welcomed, which helps while out on the road.Rooms are a bit oversized compared to most other holiday inns I’ve stayed at. I’ve never questioned the cleaning protocol of the housekeeping staff. In 2 months, the only issue I’ve had, was housekeeping accidentally forgot to restock towels once before check-inn. This minor issue was quickly addressed by FOH, with no inconvenience to myself.”

“We stayed here to watch the Notre Dame game! The ladies at the front desk were awesome ?. They provided maps and details about campus. Super friendly! The game day breakfast spread was pretty nice, better than any other hotel we've been too. There are lots of local shops, and restaurants nearby and gas stations. Additionally on game day you can drive to the next Holiday inn and they provide a shuttle from there to the games. We drove from the hotel and walked and shuttled from Holy Cross. 15 min walk 5 min ride. This is a great hotel in the perfect location.”

“Home2 Suites are always a nice consistent place to stay. Always clean. This one is about 10 minutes from Notre Dame which is very convenient. Nice neighborhood with lots of restaurants and stores around. The staff was very nice. The only drawbacks I've found to Home2 Suites is their breakfasts and their bedding. The breakfasts are very sparse. Really just pre-prepared wrapped egg sandwiches, cereal and waffles. The egg sandwiches are just like store bought (Jimmy Dean, etc.). They're not that good. Now, the bedding. . . . every Home2 Suites I've stayed at uses something analogous to a mattress pad as a blanket. I've always thought that was bizarre.Having said that, I'd recommend it as I'd stay there again because of the convenience, nice neighborhood and nice rooms.”

“Staff members were very courteous. The room was clean and updated. The bed was comfortable but the pillows were horrible, they fold up around your head like a taco. The kitchenette is nice but I feel like this facility is geared more towards extended stay customers. Dont expect any of the standard amenities such as disposable cups, tea bags, ice machines, or complimentary breakfast. It's basically a nice, clean, no frills hotel.”

“We stayed this past weekend at this hotel with several from our family. It was nicely decorated, clean and the front desk manager VJ was very friendly at checkin. Later we got carryout and watched the game in the lobby and he was very accommodating and helpful. The kids liked the pool and the breakfast provided was a nice bonus. Highly recommend this hotel room if you are in the area. We would definitely stay there again. Thanks VJ.”

“Unfortunately, the over night staff was more often then not, under the influence. And occasional was off balance. And words were off. But, she was still very pleasant and helpful.Rooms: The rooms are very spacious, and somewhat clean. Furniture needing cleaning, finger prints on all thelled and stuck on food on table. The microwave was dirty, rusted inside, and smelly.Safety: The floors were all clean and free of clutter, there was a detail escape plan on the door.Walkability: For me I was near desk, ice, vending machines, and breakfast room. And there were plenty of fast food restaurants at end of parking lot. Stores nearby.Food & drinks: They always had coffee available no matter the time. And breakfast was always fresh, hot, plentiful every morning. And Sunday breakfast put food over the top for me. Fruit, oatmeal, juices, cereals, milk, yogurt, French toast, bread for toast, bagels, you make waffles, scrambled eggs, mild sausage links, occasionally donuts, and on Sunday biscuits and gravy. It was all delicious. And a treat to not have to cook so early in the morning. Served from 6:30 to 9:30. Perfect for early and late risers.Noteworthy details: What put this hotel over the top for me was because I was able to have my cat with me the whole 21 days of my stay. Everybody I seen in the hallway was always friendly, and I'm disabled and walk slower, so most people get impatient behind me, but the guests here were always inviting me to go ahead of them in spite of my walker or how slow I was without my walker. I would stay here as a permanent vacation accomodations.”

“It was ok. We needed a handicapped accessible room, and it worked for us. The room was nice & clean. My disabled wife needed a few extra pillows to raise her upper body... I was told "they didn't have any", which I thought was kinda weird as I'm quite sure that the hotel was nowhere near full that night. The only other negative is that it's a few miles off of I-90, with no food nearby that was within a walkable distance. But - the tradeoff with that is that this hotel is in an exceptionally quiet location.”

“Hotel will cancel your reservations without notice if your price is “too low”. I stayed at this property before, which wasn’t great but was inexpensive. My family booked multiple reservations at a good price for an upcoming university event, and six months after the initial booking the property cancelled my reservations without notice. I called the hotel and the person explained my price was too low, there was nothing they could do, and I should take my issue up with corporate. Simply put, the property didn’t realize that there would be increased demand due to the university event, and they didn’t like the low price I secured so they cancelled my reservations. These people are unethical and frankly don’t give a damn. A “reservation” doesn’t mean anything to them. So watch out if you are booking in advance at a low rate, you risk this hotel cancelling your reservations.”

“Very nice hotel! We arrived super late, but the lady at the desk was still amazing & so patient! We had to go down right after check in because our whirlpool tub drain plug was broken. We asked for just a plug to make it manageable for the night, she insisted on giving us a new room. Everything was very clean, close to our daughter’s dance competition. We always stay choice hotels & they didn’t disappoint!Rooms: Rooms were very nice! Very clean! Nice, comfy mattresses!”

“Incredibly clean and nice rooms for the value. Looks like the place has probably been renovated in the last 6 months so for the price I was impressed. The guys at the desk were super helpful from start to finish and helped us check-in in the middle of night. We had issues with another hotel in the area and had to change bookings last minute and we’re glad we choose quality inn! Thanks!”

“Can't review the hotel itself, as we never made it. Hada reservation, but the trip had to be cancelled; my radiation therapy for cancer was moved up. This was a non-refundable reservation, but the guy I spoke with to cancel the reservation talked to his team lead, and they advised me that due to the nature of the situation, they were going to refund my advance payment. This was not something they had to do; this was pure kindness and consideration for a customer. Well done, and thank you.”

“The rooms are ok, they looked clean and the bedding was clean. They have a light breakfast offering which isn't bad to get your day started but the coffee is horrible. Overall not a bad experience for a stay over.”

“We always come here. And since new owners took over. It's still just as nice. But they actually have the pool open. And it's heated. So the kids always have fun. No matter what time of year. The rooms are decently priced. The breakfast is always good. And the service is usually nice. Sometimes the rooms could use some work. But with the amount of people In and out. It's not that bad.”

“This hotel is seriosly gross the furniture is broken like every piece if ots even still in the room. The walls at dirty theres rust and mold in the bathroom tub and sink and on walls where air conditioner meets at the wall. The carpet is horrid the curtains stained everything u could imagine being stained broken and dirty is!! The owner manager is decent enough tho very friendly and as accommodating as he can be with what hes been given i suppose. It is very cheap like 35 a night i think and 300 week but seriosly i dont even think its worth that!!!”
