Showed up 20 minutes early and they got my car rite in. It was done before estimated time and completely satisfied with results go back next Friday to get rain guards installed. I've had my windows tinted for 6 months now and I'm very pleased!!! RT Customizing did the best job - from getting through some scheduling snafus to the final presentation. Easy to find, the service was fantastic, and I highly recommend them! I had to sign a waiver because I chose the darkest tint available but I've not had any issues. I will definitely get this service again with the next vehicle.

My experience with RT Customizing was amazing! Reached out through Facebook Messenger on 02/24 and scheduled an appointment same day for today 03/04. My original appointment time was for 12:30-5:30 but they messaged same day and asked if I could come at 12 instead. Dropped my car off around 11:50 and went to Lafayette to run some errands. Received a text at 3pm that my car was finished. When I had originally reached out on messenger, I had so many questions and they were very responsive and very friendly helping me figure out what I wanted completed. I had my front two windows tinted to factory match the back two, my windshield tinted, and my headlights/taillights tinted as well. Very easy to talk to both of them when we dropped off and picked up. Beyond happy with the finished product! Definitely recommend. Affordable prices, fast service time, able to get in quickly for an appointment, and you can tell they love what they do! 10/10 recommend! :D

Best shop I've ever dealt with. I took my 2021 ram rebel in to have 12 rock pods installed and numerous lights on the off road bumpers wired. The above and beyond attention to detail my truck recieved was amazing. Everything was done to look and function like it came out of the factory. Custom brackets were made for nearly all the rock pods. I've had work done by nearly every shop over the years and have never been as happy as when I saw the quality of work put into my new truck by these guys.
