We have tried ordering pizzas using the online app multiple times and there is always an issue. We ordered again tonight and when we showed up to pick up our 5:00 order, they hadn't even started yet and they are out of pepperoni. This has happened 4/5 times we ordered and the only reason it was right once was because we ordered online, stopped in to make sure they had the order and then confirmed it one more time before picking it up. It shouldn't be this difficult and unfortunately we will not be ordering anymore.

The one older lady that works is really good but the rest of them I’m not gonna lie. I don’t like the rest of them because it seems like when the one older lady doesn’t work for some reason all the chocolate milk is always spoiled to be exact, I’ve picked up three bottles big bottles at that location on multiple different times the only times they’re not spoiled is when the older lady is working the people must let them sit out so for people that have kids be aware

Was there 3/24 at 3:57. We usually stop on this particular gas station because of cheese pizza. They have told us whenever we are out on the PIZZA SHELF outside we have to make if it’s a day time but today cashier JESSICA stoped the kitchen staff to make pizza for us she was very RUDE and I saw her waiving her hand to kitchen staff to don’t make when we ask that can you make it. She is breaking the sale of store seems like she doesn’t like working.

This has nothing to do with family express as a company. But today may 26th at 6:45. The lady working took my ID looked at me and said “is this going to scan?” I’m 24 Ik I look young but saying that out loud is rude you’re pretty much judging me and accusing me of having a fake ID. I hope she felt stupid when my ID scanned.
