The guy behind counter Robert very rude person,I buy scratch tickets and win 50$ I ask for money and he told me go somewhere else because he don't have 50$ in the cash register,make sure don't buy any tickets over there because not give you any money if you win! Never stop this place again!

Awful. They ruined these travel plazas when they brought 7-11 in and made them significantly smaller with only 1 food option. These plazas used to be Family Friendly. Now they are overcrowded 7-11's with a hot chicken sandwich place in it. VERY disappointing. The ready to purchase burgers were soy-filled and hot but not good at all. Tasted like wet cardboard. The chicken tender sandwich I got from the attached chicken store was dried out and nasty. We will pack sandwiches in a cooler in the future because the food was bad and everything was overpriced. Do NOT recommend and we will NOT stop there again.

I bought a faulty $24 c type charger from here..tried to return it two minutes after I purchased it..it became a whole fiasco the cashier refused to give me a refund stated that they do not give refunds for this type of charger..she said I had to keep exchanging it until I found one that worked. she gave her coworker the charger to go try it in her vehicle(who later came back and said it workedin her car) then told me call the manager in the morning to ask for a refund..first of all people drive by here from different parts of the country so if you don't get your refund right away that is it..very stupid policy that is not in black and white..I left with another type c that still didn't work in my car...this is theft in broad daylight..
