Two Men and a Truck Review, since they turned their reviews off. I wanted to give them a chance to do the right thing, so I've held off on sharing my experience.* all four movers were smoking pot at my condo when I arrived. Im all about natural remedies for anxiety... just not when I have to pay for the additional 3 hours it takes you to do your job. Stewart Movers moved my belongings in 6.5 hours. Two men : 9.5.* I moved 10 minutes away and somehow an entire box of dishes was "lost," a potted tree and a large framed print were shattered.* 4 legs were unscrewed from my loveseat. If you live between 46th and Fall Creek and 40th and Park and you see them, let me know.* they didn't have a plan for moving my piano. I figured it out for them and got them plywood to keep it from sinking in the backyard.

I used this business twice in two weeks (my poor planning) and found the scheduling of the move as well as the 2 men (each move) that came to move me, very easy to work with. I also used them to remove some items, which was a great find. I had no idea they did both moving and would also haul unwanted items away. I didn't get the names of the first 2 movers, but Tyler and Malik moved me the second time and did a great job. They were on time (within the window given), great with taking direction of which items to take, and where to place them. They were super fast and wonderful at precisely stacking each item and taking care of anything marked fragile. Overall, I would definitely say my experiences with 2 Men And A Truck was well worth the expense. I would definitely recommend this business to others, and if I ever need another moving company, I will be sure to call 2 Men to get the job done. The word seamless comes to mind, for this business for sure.

if you're looking for somebody to steal stuff from you, and never call you back when you try to talk to their claims agent this is the right company for you.!!!

From my first call for an estimate & scheduling, to the very last box, I received wonderful service & the kind of people you would hope to meet. The help from the office was so supportive & the moving teams worked seemlessly to get the job done and get it done thoroughly and right. I can't say enough. Truthfully I hope I don't have to move again, but I would highly recommend to anyone that is.Cindy Thornton

Two Men and a Truck for the WIN!! Desean & Dakota were amazing! Despite it being a very cold and snowy day, they completed our move very quickly, carefully and professionally!! They were extremely helpful, friendly and through. I will never go back to moving myself again… this was worth every penny!

Should have been in small claims court today arguing for compensation from them for damages but their denials and double talk is too exhausting at my age being a 68 year old widower . Losing your wife is a pain far greater . I hope that others will not use this company. I pray that !

We just used two men and a truck on Tuesday to move our bigger furniture from a 2 story home to a temporary townhome rental and these two guys were so personable, respectful, careful and extremely efficient! Loved it! Made the move that much easier for us! 100% recommend!

Beware JOE from the Decatur Blvd location, he does not value his employees. He is the biggest closeted racist at the whole company, he lies on his employees to make himself look good, he belittles and down talks minority employees. I thought this was and equally opportunity but guess not black live DO NOT MATTER TO TGIS COMPANY IF YOU ARE AND EMPLOYEE, they will work you to the point of injuries not compensate your injuries. Then lie. The also bailed out a DUI driver, yet send black employees home about a pair of jeans the same jeans worn for years but as soon as JOE becomes a leader now my husband is being sent home for no reason is pay being docked for late days whos ever heard of that. Will send white workers home from a job but send black in place Of them to finish the hard days. JOE treats my black husband like a slave not like a valued employee. This needs to stop! And treat EVERYONE with equal respect. That doesn't happen here, most those white guys on drugs! But they don't get sent home! My husband seen a co worker snort cocaine at a job, this company is a joke! The hire crack heads and DUI drivers!

From start to finish it was a GREAT experience!! Your competition could take some lessons from you guys. Our quote was spot on! On time! Careful! Friendly! The lady that helped set this move up was an angel. We had such a bad experience with no show movers 2 days in a row. Two Men and a Truck was a breath of fresh air! Thank you, thank you!!

Moving men were excellent and wish the money I overspent was actually given to them - Basically charged $285 per hour! The quote given was actually much lower than final charge. Office was given accurate description of move in initial phone call. When we tried to open the email paperwork regarding quote, the link conveniently expired. Check all the numbers, do your own math. Would have gone with other company had I known was underquoted - that's their job to accurately quote. Have proof of when movers showed up, know when they left, know how long it took to talk to the office on the phone, which they added that time to the final bill. Men who did the moving are worth hiring, people accepting the money and running the business not so much. Update: not one response back from company regarding the overcharges. I have two more moves and going with different company SECOND UPDATE: Corporate responded and contacted franchise location. I did receive partial refund for overcharge of time. Wasn't much, however very happy they responded and cared enough to reach out to company and make it right. Again, the actual physical movers were excellent! Thank you corporate for listening!

The movers were friendly, but were set up for failure. I had a tight move schedule, so I consulted with them over if I should have movers come over two days. After their specialist saw all of my items via video chat, he told me two men could easily get it done with time to spare. This was false. I had to sign a waiver half way through the move saying they didn't need to wrap my furniture because they didn't have time and I had to be out at a certain time. This led to significant damage to many of my items (plus some fun scratches on my doors and walls). On top of this, I had to pay through their lunch break-I was told that their lunch break would be taken out of my bill, but that was also false. Even more fun is the amount of emails I had to send to ask for my final statement. I'm still waiting for their email back to confirm that I paid for their lunch break-no response for over two weeks.
