My sister and I could not ask for better service from Boultinghouse Funeral Home. Gary Jones, Funeral Director and now friend was wonderful to work with. He truly was a blessing to us during such a difficult time of planning a funeral for our loved one. Gary was sympathic, caring and patient through this whole process. Not once did I feel the pressure of planning. Laura, Matt and Carl were wonderful to work with as well. I can't thank this team enough for helping us through. True angels on earth!

My mother's funeral was today and I can't thank Gary, Reverend Carl Jones, and the staff at Boultinghouse Funeral home in Rockport enough. They went above and beyond from the moment we went there for the arrangements until helping us even after the burial. Their compassion and caring was unbelievable. They addressed every question we had and made this sad time in our lives much easier. They did a phenomenal job. I thank you so much for your time and attention to detail.

I couldn't have had a better place to have my husband taken care of. I had no worries about anything. Gary was fabulous. I got to chose what I wanted no matter what it was. My husband was a simple man. Everything was reflected on the way he was. The service and environment was exactly perfect. I thank Gary for being so kind and taking care of everything for me. I thank Carl for doing a service that exactly told how Lonnie was. They did such a great job. He looked so natural. It helped so much because he looked like he was just sleeping. I am so glad for picking Boultinghouse. God bless you all.

I can not thank Boultinghouse Funeral Home enough for the wonderful job on my Grandma's funeral. They had her looking like she did in all my memories and gave us all the time in the world to say our good bye. The entire staff was just amazing from the day Grandma died and they came and transported her to Rockport. The love and care they took and to make sure we had the time we needed. Then planning the funeral and answering our questions. They made sure every request was met. I can not think of better people to take care of my family.

Very understanding & helpful. Never rushed us & made us feel they were doing everything they could to help us at this hard time. Even offering to help after the services were over.

My mom passed and had her services here. We were getting assistance and was told that was okay from both the one providing the assistance and the funeral home. Then later was told that would not work towards the service we were having. They did finally provide a discount due to the error on their part. Fast forward we received a $100 card towards a tombstone so we found one we liked and ordered it through them. Was told it would be 8 weeks and it would be completed. Now it is 8 months later after my mom has passed and the tombstone is still not complete and set. We were told something was on back order which they would have known that prior and we were never told that until after waiting after the time frame of 8 weeks. I haven’t been able to decorate my moms tombstone for the holidays. . Her birthday is coming up and now for the past week it is “progressing” it has been in blasting weeks now. No definite answers. They lack communication and being straight forward. Just want your money that is all. Very upsetting when you are going through a loss.

I've been in the funeral business for the past seven years, and was extremely impressed with the services Evan and his staff provided. They handle our aunt Marsha Bantles services professionally and cared for us as if we were there family. I plan to use them in the future and would highly recommend their services
