If I could give more then 5 ⭐️ rating I would! These guys were amazing, I was in the area with a failing alternator on my freightliner and Cory the owner took me in and treated me like family. He didn’t have the part on his shelf, he called around and realized it wouldn’t be until the next that he could get a replacement part for my truck. That’s fine but I didn’t want to go get a hotel as it wasn’t that hot out so he let me stay in my truck outside his shop and even ran an extension cord for me to charge my phone and run lights in the cab and what not. Fast forward to the next morning, the very minute my new alternator arrived his mechanic went straight to work despite being in the middle of another job, just to get me on my way.
To top it off when I went in to pay the bill Cory told me any time I’m in the area and need a hand with anything at all or advice, professional opinion, or even if I just needed to borrow a tool or needed a space to work on something that his doors are always open.
Truly a great shop with down to earth folks in it.
I can’t say enough good things about my experience with this shop.

Alternator failed on me, called rb repair they luckily had one on the shelf. These guys had me back on the big road in under 1.5hrs. Very straight up people and not out there to make you wallet hurt. A new contact has been added to our company!! Thank you rb repair

My daughter and I were 2.5 hours away from home and 2.5 hours from our destination when my tire gave out on a Saturday evening. I don’t have AAA and was a little panicky. We were in Rochester and weren’t finding a lot of places close by that were open and could help us. I called RB and despite primarily working with big rigs he told me to come over. He plugged my tire in less than 10 minutes and when I offered to pay him something he told me not to worry about it. I’m truly grateful for his generosity. Well I just found a great place to get work done had lights on my trailer go out called RB truck& trailer I was at there shop in about 2 hrs to get work done and they had me on the road again in less than an hr with all lights working and great price also I would recommend this shop to get work done any time thanks

What a super place! Traveling through, we were strangers in a strange place and Cory came through with flying colors. Even though he was on vacation when I told him my problem he said he had a guy...well that guy was super ace trailer repairman Victor. What a great guy! He was able to get us repaired and back on the road in only a few hours. Fantastic - and they don't usually work on little trailers like mine. Can't say enough good things about Victor and Cory...THANKS GUYS!!!

Every logistics nightmare is a breakdown out of state. This happened to me today. I had a truck breakdown in Indiana. I called several places for the repair. Most wanted/required a deposit prior to coming out. Unlike the others RB doesn’t charge until they come out, access the issue and then quote a price for my approval prior to the repair. Mind you there was a small roadside and minimum fee but well below market rate. Most importantly, they trusted me enough to come out prior to collecting any monies. It was extremely refreshing to find such an honest company that doesn’t take advantage of people when they are most vulnerable. The integrity and professionalism of this company should set the standard for all companies. I immediately programmed their number and added themto my arsenal of companies to call if I ever need service in that area. I would highly recommend them to anyone. I was lucky to stumble across them.

RB Truck & Trailer Repair services a magnitude of semi's and other trucks. They've known what to do at every visit. This company works hard and does exceptional work everytime. Thankful they also do DOT inspections on our trailers.

So imagine 730pm on a Thursday right in front of a construction zone.... I called and they missed the call and called me back, gave me an over the phone quote, and a eta, and this all happened while I was still on hold with the Loves.....eta was correct, service was fast, safe and efficient. I was on rt 30 in Bourbon IN, if you're in this area and need service you can read the rest of my reviews and take my word for it, you just found your shop!!!!!Service: Tires

Blown trailer air bag... After calling multiple after hours services in the area (70 miles radius), only Cory was responsive and helpful. Got fixed the problem in no time and charged a reasonable price. Also want to mention how clean and good the job was done. Thank you very much for the help!
