My truck has been in the shop to have 4 small issues addressed and repaired. It has currently been in the shop for over a week (8 days as of 7/18) and not one of the issues have been resolved. My service advisor is now on vacation until the start of next week. Leaving me to assume that my truck will not even be look at for another 3-4 day. I make an appointment for these small repairs a month in advance. Very disappointed in the service being provided.

Christian Howell provided me with the most pleasant car buying experience that I could ask for. He answered all my questions was courteous and knowledgeable. Spent so much time with me going over details and finding me the best bang for my buck! I can not speak enough accolades about this young man and this wonderful dealership. Showed up just before closing on a Saturday afternoon. Sales team was very accommodating to show me the vehicle I was looking for. I was an out of town buyer and they made me feel like a long time customer. Well done ?.

They got my car in for repair a day early, quickly determined the problem and had it ready for pick-up that day. They recommended a towing service and made the whole process very simple.

Had my van acting up they got me in immediately. Was going to take a few hours so they loaned me a car so I could get what I needed down done. Fixed it by the time I got back and also fixed a recall on it too while I was there. Definitely brining my van back here. Thanks again Mike Anderson staff

Friendly, honest staff!! Worked with us on a payment arrangement that we could afford and still live comfortably drove off with a vehicle that we love with very low mileage ! PRAISE THE LORD JESUS!! And thank you Don from Mike Anderson !!
