Have not been here in years . Was looking for a men's flannels shirt . 6:20 looked closed. Dead. Don't see any movement. Called store woman answers in a disgusted voice. I ask what the hours are . She said dressing rooms closed 30 mins ago. I asked the store hours she said 7. I was there already walked in two ladies were in the back room and came out. No greeting . Miserable people . Rude. Keep you 1985 clothes lol won't be back .

All the clothes are 3XL and 4XL in shirts an pants are mostly 36-30s I mean who would even ware that size, not many people that's for sure. It's like second hand store like all the clothes are what didn't sell in their name brand original stores.

I've shopped at the Rockland, Maine store a few times. I have been successful at finding some clothes that I like. During Covid, I went in to purchase some outfits, but because the dressing rooms were closed, I had to purchase the clothes, bring them home, try them on, they didn't fit, so I had to bring them back the very next day. A couple of visits later, I found a sweater that I really liked, but unfortunately, it had a hole in the neck, so I brought it back hopefully for a different one. When I brought it to the register, the manager said, "Oh boy! Here comes the lady that always returns things!" I was kind of surprised by that remark, so I reminded her that the reason why those other items were returned was because of Covid and that her dressing rooms were closed. Because of that snarky remark, I won't be returning.

The staff wasn't rude by any means but they didn't say anything they weren't required to say. I've worked retail and so I know what that looks like. It was the only thing at all negative I could really say about the experience.

I love that the clothing is stylish and less than what they would normally be! Unfortunately, dressing rooms are closed because of covid. I'll be back again... it's been much too long since I shopped here, but it's out of the way of my normal travels.
