Horrible business to work with online.Order was sent back in a timely fashion and then held for months knowing good and well nobody would keep a receipt for that long then sent back with a denial for return. When addressed the immediate response was "you must be confused".Of course the company wouldn't do their due diligence to check the post mark on the package because that would involve providing actual customer service.Make sure you keep detailed documentation on emails, returns, post marked dates and tracking emails because without an act of God you will not be able to prove that they have held your package for months so they don't have to provide a refund.
