Tried to sell me their name brand battery for $179.00 when i said that was to hogh they suggested a used one. I went to smiths bought an interstate one which is name brand fo $89.00. Pathetic in my book.

We recently had car trouble on our way home from vacation and were able to slowly drive to the Auto Zone in Rochester. The employees went above and beyond to help us continue on our journey home. They diagnosed the issue and found a mobile mechanic to fix it the same day. We are so grateful for the kindness and prompt service!

My son-in-law went into this autozone store asking if they’d do a battery check. Four people behind the counter said, you don’t need a battery. He went to another auto place and they checked the battery and guess what? They needed a new battery. Never go in there again.
