“We have bought many vehicles over the years. Sheperds here in Rochester is the easiest to work with. No BS, gives you their best shot right away. Best deals in a 2 state area. My family has bought 3 vehicles there in the last 6 months.(two from people who live in Wis) They do the vast majority of the deal either over the phone , text or email IF YOU WANT or are concerned about COVID. Take a picture pf the VIN on your vehicle. Send the mileage to Phil to see what they can do. They even delivered the new vehicle to the house to sign final papers and swap vehicles. If they don't have what you want they will trade with other dealers to get you exactly what you want!
When a vehicle we had bought elsewhere did not start after an an extended vacation the co owners came to the house to jumpstart it. Within 30 minutes.(the shop guys were busy). I was impressed!!”

“This independent auto mechanic person is a wonderful, caring an knowledgeable person. Gives you details about your car's problem in person an over the phone. Takes his time with your questions. My cars throttle assembly unit needed to be cleaned out due to cold snap. Had that done along with oil an transmission change. Tho was 3 week wait cause back up of other cars ahead. Well worth it.”

“So far they have treated me very well! I have not gotten actual work done on my car yet however, I will post another review once I have. I did take my car there foe an appraisal (some little girl decoded to smack my car with her bf's monster truck and flee the scene ? ) so far, they have accommodated me and have been very kind, informative and up front with me, they even took my rental back so I didn't have to go all the way to plymouth again! Hopefully the little girls insurance appraiser makes sure my WHOLE car is covered otherwise I'll be making a couple trips after I go see my lawyer ?, but that has nothing to do with parkway, I digress. I chose parkway bc Ford actually referred me to them, and I trust them a LOT more than that sheisty insurance conpany lol”
“Honestly hands down, best experience i have had getting some work out sourced on my car done. I did alot of research before taking my car to get its windshield replaced after hitting 2 deer back in April. (Can't help it im picky). So anyway after a awhile I came here. Bit of a distance from my Lafayette area. However, the best professional experience I have had in a long time from any company.
I found out this place is family owned...and I hope it stays just as such.
They replaced my windshield with a foreign like it was suppose to have, unlike what it had when I purchased said car. I honestly couldn't be happier with the product and the care they took of my vehicle. Expert services, they let you know the run down after the jobs done, no hidden oh we have to charge u this..everything up front honest and completed a job in a day vs people say it would take a few in my own city.
If I could give a better review than this I gladly would. If I ever need windows done on my car...they will be who I call.
And also thier company does more than just auto glass so if u have a project...give em a call. You will not be disappointed”
