“Went to to store in Rochester to get light bulbs and a wiring harness for a 2005 Dodge 3500. I received help from a man named Justin. He was quick to assist and quickly had all the bulbs I needed. The wiring harness for the map lights he said no way but said lets look what I can find. He found two sources, ebay and Amazon. I asked for the info and he wrote it down and went home. Fixed the lights and ordered the replacement harness for the map lights. I want to thank Justin for his help and the extra effort for the wiring harness. Not often do you find king and helpful individuals. I hope you relay this thank you to him and also give him a praise for outstanding service. Thank you again.”

“I had a rental car that was out of windshield fluid, but I could not open the hood, no matter how I tried. Bradley came out to car in parking lot, opened hood and found a leak in the bottle. Now, that is customer service!!”
“My husband and I sit out this morning to do some thing we never dreamed possible in this day and age.With the help of Brandon Gray and Brett we accomplished what we set out to do. They made us feel so comfortable and safe.They sanitized all the areas that we were and including our ink pens.To sum this might not be a big deal but to a person who has lost family and friends to Covid and has several family members with cancer it proves that shepherd Chevrolet will go the extra mile. “Owner is very friendly, helped me with dealing with my insurance company because they are out of state. They replaced and painted my bumper as well as replaced other parts. Very good paint job, very smooth. Definitely recommend!!”
“So far they have treated me very well! I have not gotten actual work done on my car yet however, I will post another review once I have. I did take my car there foe an appraisal (some little girl decoded to smack my car with her bf's monster truck and flee the scene ? ) so far, they have accommodated me and have been very kind, informative and up front with me, they even took my rental back so I didn't have to go all the way to plymouth again! Hopefully the little girls insurance appraiser makes sure my WHOLE car is covered otherwise I'll be making a couple trips after I go see my lawyer ?, but that has nothing to do with parkway, I digress. I chose parkway bc Ford actually referred me to them, and I trust them a LOT more than that sheisty insurance conpany lol”
