Saturday service is always fast and friendly. Can usually park on the street near the front door, but is available around back. They do close early on Saturday, but I appreciate them being open at all.

Delivery mail driver does not want to deliver mail properly it seems and has many excuses of why mail is late . many residents complain.

Refreshing to visit a small town branch of USPS! Very friendly and helpful staff. We just moved to Roanoke and visiting the Post Office in Roanoke is a pleasure compared to Fort Wayne!

Horrible customer service. They lost my passport, and have no idea whose PO box they put it in, costing me an expensive study abroad trip. They refuse to take any responsibility for the mistake or take any action to fix it. No idea where my passport is. Now, the money I spent on my passport and trip is wasted, I don't get to go at all, and the employees do not seem to care even the slightest.

Keeps putting my packages in the wrong P.O. box resulting in lost packages. They refuse to let me pick up the packages from the desk, and insist on putting the packages in the box even though they know they risk putting it in the wrong box. If I could give then a lower rating I would.
