One of the worst companies I’ve ever worked for, poor management and even worse equipment.They throw you in a 25 year old truck, expect you to accomplish your job with less than safe equipment, and gripe when you put it in the shop.They don’t honor the contract they have with the teamsters, they’re cheap at every turn, taking loans out of the teamsters pension, but have enough money to seriously consider buying other trucking companies.All in all, I’d rather drive for swift before I drove for Jack Cooper.And you’re a fool if thinking about going with them.

Not horrible. Good pay, some good people. Some people need to work on their communication skills and it seems like some people are racist towards people that arnt their color.

Worst management I've ever experienced in my life. Several hushed HR complaints, sexism, racism, and just an overall pinnacle of failed leadership due to overcharged egos and undertrained management with no regard for their employees. Sad because the non-management staff is wonderful! Good luck though!

I have a pre delivery sheet with 2 trucks on it. On VIN View and GM's event history it is showing that these trucks were delivered on 04/25. I have not received a delivery sheet and both of the trucks are not at the dealership. I have tried calling and no one is answering the phone. It would be nice if someone from this company got back in contact with me.

Hi my name is Ben smith I started with Jack Cooper in October left at the end of November when I was in training. The reason for me leaving was because my head was in the gutter thinking I could have it better somewhere else that not the truth Jack Cooper is the best company out there to work for. You might have to work harder, thanany other job but at the end the pay and the benefits is a lot be better than anywhere else if I had to recommend someone to work somewhere I’d recommend them to work for Jack Cooper. Jack Cooper is hiring rookie, drivers inexperienced drivers, so get on their website and apply.

Hired me with no interview, kept me waiting 45m for a manager that never came, called me later with instructions for first day, showed up 10m early, waited 30m before anyone came to the counter to greet me, had no idea who I was, what I was supposed to do, where I was supposed to go, etc. First day = 30 minutes long and still haven't heard back. Top notch employer right here.
