I'm giving them a 5 star bc they got top notch costumer service...they went above and beyond to make sure I was happy..and yea I know what your thinking its expensive.yea I thought the same until I got it.this is built to last a very long time..if you are in the market thia ia the 1 u want trust me

Got my Hen Gear nesting box, put it together with no problem. Building a new chicken coop, going to be perfect in my coop. The nesting pad I received had a hole it and I didn't get my training egg. E-Mailed Hen Gear about my problem, they took care of it with no hassle. Thanks for a great product and great customer service.
