John helpful on phone. Late for scheduled appt. I wasn't provided with correct address and John was 45 minutes late and acted like that was my fault. I keep extensive notes and was sure we were to meet at noon. His calls were going straight to VM not sure why. I called as soon as he let me know this via text. He was also overpriced!
