I bought a new Accord from Wetzel a couple months ago. It was one of the most laid back purchase experiences I've had at any dealer. I wanted a certain exterior color and interior color, so they had one brought from out of state. They even let me drive one of their stock cars while I waited. Very pleased with the whole experience. I came to this dealership pre approved and a vehicle in mind. When they didn’t have what I was looking for, I inquired about getting one from out of town brought here. I could not get a straight answer. Not to mention how pushy they are to finance through them. I was not asked any important questions, for example, my pre approval amount and when they did know they were pushy to go over anyway. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. If you’re looking to be treated like a paying customer, try looking out of town.

We had 1 of the best experience’s that I’ve ever had at a dealership! Thanks to Jeff Baldwin, he was straight forward and down to earth, very professional! He was great to deal with! Would also like to thank Chris Casebolt!! Lauren was great with the financing! No pressure from any of them!!

We recently purchased a Odyssey from this dealership, our salesman Dana was wonderful! He was very nice and courteous. Dana got us the info we needed in a timely fashion and we were able to get a great price for our trade-in as well.

Jeff Baldwin made the car buying process simple! He understood how on edge we were with just having the worst experience at Cronin Toyota in Richmond. He was very friendly and not pushy at all. Jeff was able to get us out of our extremely unreliable 2009 Acadia and into a brand new 2020 Odyssey. It is perfect for our growing family and we will definitely be back!

Service department took advantage of an elderly family member by telling them their brake fluid was too dark. Routine oil change and tire rotation ended up costing over $235. My family member's vehicle will be going elsewhere for service from now on. Avoid these money-hungry liars!

I always take my Odyssey to Wetzel Honda because it's a Honda vehicle and they're close to my work and my home. Above those two things is the fact that the customer service has always been amazing!On my way to work this morning, noticed my tire had a slow leak and a nail in it. Dropped my van off before lunch and an employee drove me back to work. After my tire was repaired, they drove my van to my workplace and dropped it off to me. This is nothing new, they have always taken care of me. *Oil Changes are cheaper than anywhere in town - which surprised me because I thought I was getting a deal by going to smaller shops. *Check online for coupons for service (or ask the service writer if there's any deals

My daughters were driving from St Louis, Mo to Washington DC to attend March for Life and their engine light went on. They stopped at Wetzel Honda to get it evaluated. They needed a new coil and spark plugs and got it repaired in less than 2 hours. They were back on the road in no time. Great Job!!

We drove several hours to get a vehicle from Wetzel and the price changed at the last minute in the finance office due what can be best summarized as a calculation mistake by a sales manager. So...be cautious and prepared for any surprises if you are going because of a good deal offered over the phone. Nice salesmen and a great new showroom. Looks like we every other Honda dealer now.
