I worked with Allyn to go through my very first car buying process. As a first time buyer, recent college graduate, and VERY indecisive, Allyn and his team worked with me through every step, answered every question, and was willing to do everything they could to stay within my budget/monthly payment all the way down to the color and and add ons.
I bought a 2024 Bronco that was a trade from Florida. Once I brought it home my family noticed some issues in the paint and front window tint. Allyn and their team were helpful in getting all of these issues fixed at no cost.
My car came with the “Ford Pass” which Allyn helped me set up before I left the parking lot. Mentioned all of the perks that came with it and how to even schedule my first oil change. I would definitely recommend him to any first time buyer or recurring buyer as well.

They're capable of oil changes and recall fixes, so that's worth something. No issue with that. If your vehicle doesn't present a basic/common issue, don't bother, you'll get hedging and hemhawing. And if you're used to friendly and quality customer service, check your expectations at the door.
Having a service advisor yell at me over a minor miscommunication on their part completely ruined any faith I had in Ford to provide quality service. No apology, no discount offered, just acted like it didn't happen. Thankfully multiple people witnessed the interaction. I'd hate to know how he would've treated me if there weren't witnesses.
Next time you wanna yell at someone because of something you said in a confusing manner, I recommend doing it off the clock.

Bought an f150 in 2021 around the shortage. It was a service truck with 2800 miles on it. I knew all that and that’s not the issue. The issue is they said my 3 year warranty wouldn’t start until my first oil change.
My warrant expired before it had even been 3 years since I purchased it let alone the first oil change. Tell me how that works. Thanks for nothing.

We were on our way to VA when our F-350 with 9,000 miles on it started to misfire. Google showed us that Wetzel ford was the closest Ford dealer so we limped into the parking lot. As soon as we could drop our trailer the service department had the truck inside for diagnoses. When it wasn’t an easy fix like we hoped, they kept looking into it until it got to a point where it was a catastrophic repair and would take some time to fix, keeping us informed the entire time.
This poses a problem because we had a commitment in VA we had to get to.
This is where the Owner of Wetzel Ford stepped in and loaned us a vehicle to get to our destination, while they take care of our truck and try to get it repaired for our return trip.
I can’t say enough about how courteous the entire staff and their excellent customer service!!!!

On the way to Roanoke VA to escort the LEU Bicycle Ride, the Milwaukee Police Motor Unit truck started to misfire right outside Richmond IN. We were able to limp it into Wetzel Ford. As soon as we had the trailer off of the truck, the service team at Wetzel had our truck in the shop for diagnostics. We were told the truck had a serious engine issue and would not be able to be repaired today.
The owner of Wetzel Ford was made aware of our predicament, and secured us a loaner vehicle from their used inventory, which they are allowing the Milwaukee Police Motor Unit to use free of charge until we return to Milwaukee from Police week.
A giant THANK YOU to everyone at Wetzel Ford, who went above and beyond from the moment we pulled into their dealership.
