I go to this walmart all the time because I live very close. However, every walmart that I've ever been in doesn't seem to care about the customers. Their employee shoppers are rude, take up the isles, and completely ignore you. Their prices are all over the place. Up one week , down the next. No help anywhere in the store. You can't find something. You are on your own! After all this, you then have to ring up and bag all your purchases. But I'm telling you, if you make a mistake while ringing up something, you will get 17 employees over there in a heartbeat. And the final blow, after you are exhausted and have little to no fight left, there's the receipt nazi! The employee at the exit is just waiting to grab your receipt and examine it like an IRS audit. I seriously think a couple of them might throat punch you if they found a mistake. It's no wonder that when I get outside, I feel like Andy Dufresne in The Shawshank Redemption.

They always have things in the way of you getting from one section to the next , without having to go from one end to the other (of the store)to get around to the next place you would like to be.... Pain in the BUTTOCKS for older people.... (Like myself) ?....Just sayin ..... Even if no one else will❗

I'd rate one star if i could. Chrissy - general manager- is a raging c*nt. I don't use that word lightly. She has NO customer service skills and needs to be fired immediately. Haylee was an ABSOLUTE doll. She was very courteous and helpful. If you're reading this, i wish you nothing but the best. Please know this isn't the end of the line for you and there ARE better employers out there!! We are tourists from Virginia. We attempted to purchase alcohol (my whole group is 21+) and because Haylee is underage, and can't sell it, we had to wait for Chrissy. She MOSEYS on over (taking her SWEEEEET time), stops to talk to her friend, and then comes over to help us. We had been waiting almost 10 minutes at this point. She takes my brothers ID and can't seem to decipher how old he is. I said "the birthdate is at the bottom" , she says okay and looks down at the bottom. After staring at the ID for another minute, my mom says "*his birthdate*". Chrissy slow turns her head and proceeds to say "I know" in a very sarcastic tone. At this point Haylee apologizes for Chrissy's behavior. This might not seem like much but please know that her body language and tone of voice had A LOT to do with this interaction. She was incredibly stand-offish and seemed like it was an inconvenience to come help us.

Chrissy, the manager. Just dumb, rude and slow. Been waiting for 10 minutes for someone to verify my age to buy alcohol. Took her sweet ol' time to get over to us. Stopped to chat with a friend and then proceed to just stare at the computer like a deer in headlights. Pray for Haylee, one of the clerks who attempted to help us but couldn't. You could see the worry on her face. That poor girl, she deserves better. but chrissy, may god bless you.

The people and I do mean not only the employees but the customers as well are rude and disrespectful. I have noticed that I can be having the very best day of my life but without fail and not only for me but I have observed many many people also do it and I believe it to be completely subconsciously that it is like a switch that is flipped the very second that I enter just through the threshold of the automatic door that mine as well as countless others also that our whole demeanor changes into complete and utter anger and frustration and that feeling stays with me the entire time I am in this place but it gets even weirder because as soon as my body crosses the threshold and I am outside just as fast as it came to me it is gone. I honestly don't know what it is and I am not crazy but I have a thought that there is a evil entity that is causing this mayhem and dread but I don't know if that is what it is but anything is possible so the next time you come to this store just watch people around you as well as pay very close attention to how you feel while you are still outside and then pay close attention as you enter and do the same when you are leaving and I really hope and pray that it doesn't happen to you but just be aware that it is very very possible that you might be the next victim of the Walmart Madness. I don't know what else to call it but I have to say that the name is very fitting for the whatever this occurrence is at our not so friendly Richmond Indiana Walmart.

Went to get a hot plate today. Lois in the deli department did not seem too happy to help us. She looked at us and waited about 5 minutes before she came over. When she arrived she came off very hostile. I asked for the type of flavored chicken and she laughed in my face and said “breaded chicken” (there are multiple different sauced chickens in which all are breaded). She was very rude compared to other people that have assisted me in the deli. Disappointed especially because I know one of walmart employees main goal is to great costumers with a friendly smile and provide a comfortable environment.

This Walmart is ran incredibly well. Always well stocked, clean, helpful employees, great selection, great prices, and in a good location. Every time I've visited this Walmart I've left with a smile. No problems ever.

Probably overrated but I do love walmart. It's just easier for a one trip stop and shop. I get medicine filled there and the pharmacist is always knowledgeable and quick to catch anything that might be off on medication, such as related allergies.

Specifically for the Richmond store. Using the app to check in better find a person to tell both times here waited over a half hour. Called the number to check in no one answers. I had to stop one of the guys and ask them why its taking so long. So they check me in as the app check in must not be good enough even though they emailed confirmation I was good to go. 20+ more minutes I can have my order 45 minutes after my pick up window hour has passed. This store is terrible.

They a great selection of items, good quality, you can purchase an extra warranty on higher prices items. Usually fare pricing on items. Their fresh produce has truly improved in the last 7 years. It's much better quality now, better than some of the other stores produce in town!!

As usual, half the order is not Available, AFTER I PULL UP FOR PICK UP ORDER.. ³ TIMES A CHARM, GUESS I HAVE TO MAKE A DECISION, JUST LIKE WALMART DiD. BY, NOT CALLING OR MESSAGING ANYTHING ABOUT MY ORDER, odd how IT WAS AVAILABLE WHEN I PUT IT IN MY \"IMAGINARY SHOPPING CART!\" 0 and don't forget to send those gift cards for gas, @ $25 each, promised by Ryan and some lady I could barely hear let alone, understanding her was worse than trying to read a message that got autocorrect from auto correct.. half a star for the Richmond Indiana store.. wasted time and money for half of the ORDER and even shipped the dogs items, p.s, I walked into the store and found the exact product I didn't recieve, and I'm sure shipping will b another 3 4 5 9 days later.. close Walmart Open a new store and call it K mart and Target, welcome to the new K-get a tar tar mart with no Wal...Must be owned by and ran by our President for the USA..

One of the better hotels I've stayed at in years! Helpful staff, great breakfast with real food. Nice decor. Clean and well kept. Definitely recommend this Hampton Inn.
