If I could give negative stars i would. So they have 2 entry ways. One is locked after a certain time every night. U can just take a hope on where to park every night because one is on one side of the store and one is on the other. I asked an attendent which door they decide on to lock at which night. Dont care to walk to the other side of the story in a shotty neighborhood from where I parked. Attendant said whichever register is open at the time they go to lock the doors. Poor management if u ask me. Safety for employees but forget customers. Its cool ok. Bathrooms are locked after a certain time, and no attmitance after those hours. No exceptions. Why? I asked. Because people OD in the bathrooms at night. Awesome! Its not like it's a big store. But whatever. I was parked in the lot today because I had a call and being as im a safe driver I pull into the lot to take the call. The call ended up to be pretty long, probably a hour and an attendant came out to tell me if I wasnt purchasing anything I was gonna need to leave the lot, like I said, poor management. For many years this vp has seemingly played by their own rules. But let's be honest, it's Richmond. No one in there right minds is gonna come that far off the interstate anyway, if they are smart, to end up at this place. I would suggest just dont, unless u absolutely have no other choice. Honestly if u stay on 5th street and go south a few miles there is a loves truck stop. Which is cleaner all the way around and the people that work there or run the place dont seem to be ***holes.
