Please be careful renting a unit online. I did & it took all my information then exited out of the site. I then called them because I didn't get a confirmation email. The gentleman was very friendly in helping me & didn't see I rented a unit online after I just gave the website all my information. A couple days later my card was charged in New York, Wisconsin & California. Luckily my bank caught it & locked my card but unfortunately the purchases was charged. So now I'm going through alot to fix my bank account & the credit bureaus to watch for fraudulent charges or accounts made using my identity. Otherwise service was great until all of this. ??

Pay your bill and no problems, if a problem with your unit , such as a break in or fire , or a car drives into your unit , quickly notified, been here three years , I have had no problems myself ,,, ?
