I went in to this body shop for an emergency problem with my car. Jeff fixed it temporarily for me so I could get home. I was picking up a family member who was being released from the hospital. He was so kind and thoughtful to my situation. He could only "wing it" because it will have to be fixed by a body shop. Unfortunately, he is booked up until April 2024. Or he would have definitely gotten my business. Being booked up until that time frame, the guy must be good and in high demand. I appreciate his help and kindness more than I could ever express. He wouldn't charge me anything for his work. He just told "to tell everyone he is a nice guy." He is!! Thank you again Jeff! I would recommend him to anyone. These kind people are hard to find in these time.

I recently had some body work done on my Honda CRV. Jeff said he would keep me informed as to what was going on with insurance estimate, when part arrived and every part of repair. He did just that. He was very professional and friendly, and holds himself accountable to his customers. It’s hard to know who to trust any more, but I would trust him with any car repairs I have in the future. I’m sure he way he does business is why he has been in business for 49 yrs. He does exactly what he says he will do. Thank you Jeff.Services: Painting

I went to Spurrier’s Auto Body for a brake line that had ruptured. Jeff is amazing! The staff are very honest and knowledgeable. They fixed my brakes and in no time I was back on the road. Spurrier has been our go to when we need an auto repair going back 10 years. We have always received a friendly greeting. We were given an estimate and time frame which was always met. I recently needed a Shark Fin on the top of my car replaced (garage door came down). Jeff was able to order the part needed and the next day he was able to put it on for me. if we have a need to get something repaired, we will return and support independent businesses in Richmond! Thanks Jeff!!

So above and beyond it's unbelievable. I've never had a company work so diligently over an issue that I'm having with a parts supplier. The willingness to do what they can for me is overwhelming. Quality of work is second to none. 5 stars +.
