RUDE RUDE RUDE Don’t ever shop here. The cashier wasn’t friendly, had poor knowledge about the products, overpriced and she got me a 20 min time frame and there was no one in the store. Oh, I forgot to mention the product that I got was defective so not only did I overpay for a product that was $120 got it home and it doesn’t work so now I have to contact the manufacture. This place should be be ashamed of they way they treat there Customers. I will never ever ever step back in the place of establishment in spend another penny. I say, it’s well worth the drive to go to Hustler Hollywood down in Monroe, Ohio. Maybe if the management or the owner hires better employees, the store will be amazing Because they have a wide variety of products and it’s clean. But also keep in mind that they are way over priced and they give you a timeframe because you have to look through their products because they don’t organize them very well.

The service was poor. The cashier was very rude and I mean rude. She had poor knowledge about the products so of course I had to look and review over them, then not to mention that it's very on organized. So even after she was very rude, I wanna head and I bought the overprice products didn't finish getting what I wanted to get it because she gave me a time limit and maybe if she would help I wouldn't had a problem by spinning. I was in there for 25 minutes because they aren't on organized. They are prejudiced against Mai she had poor knowledge about the products so of course I had to look and review over them, then not to mention that it's very on organized. So even after she was very rude, I went ahead and I bought the overprice product didn't finish getting what I wanted to get because she gave me a time limit and maybe if she would help I wouldn't had a problem by spinning. I was in there for 25 minutes because they aren't on organized. Oh did I mention when I spent $120 on a product got home because I need to use and it didn't work I fully charged it bought new batteries for the remote and it still didn't work so now I have to go through the manufacturer to get it fixed because when I was there, I asked the lady I said hey I'm gonna buy this product. Is there anyway that we could possibly open up so you can see that I didn't do nothing with it and make sure that it is fully functional, but she said that was not part of the policy. Oh, and the best part of it is when I went to go check out She continued to play on her phone and wouldn't help me and I feel like it's because maybe she's prejudice because I'm Asian

What an absolutely terrible shop, inflated prices, very small selection. The floor was sticky when you walked on it. The manager was extremely rude and sat on her phone the whole time even after I asked for help. Do not waste your time on this place.

Rude!,Rude!,Rude!.Me and my wife 20 year anniversary had to work over a little ,so I drove as fast as I could to get there in time before closing, made it with 20 min before. I was not greeted with hello or good evening, no it was (we close in 10 min) but my watch said 941. For someone that was ready to drop about 200.00 for a night to make 2 old adults to fill young again. So my best advice for anyone wanting the same thing, I would skip on this place go home and watch SpongeBob!

Honestly They have some nice things and some things that are just OK and then they have some really nice things but you’re going to pay for them it’s a very expensive store with very rude customer service I would not recommend going here there’s one lady behind the counter that just should not work there or in customer service in general she’s rude snippy and doesn’t like to be bothered

Clean, bright, overpacked with more choices you could ever want!! Even offered to special order a specific item for me! Amazing staff, hard to hear between the glass but once that was communicated things went super smoothly. Answered all of my questions and even admitted to not knowing something specific and looked it up for me. 11/10 recommend!!!!

As far as the store, it is well beyond stocked with everything you could possibly want and more! My husband and I travel often for work to different cities and states every other week. Lol we always look for stores like this in each city we go to. Almost every store I'm met at the door by friendly staff and always asked if I need any help. But this store has an employee that needs to be replaced! I walked in and said hi the woman said oh hi, and 3 times I asked her questions about products and she literally acted as if I was bothering her. This store would be absolutely amazing with a different worker and she wasnt just having a bad day other people had said things about her In their reviews also. I don't expect anyone to cater to me but it would be nice to have someone ask if I need anything. This was the only store in the area if it wasn't I would have spent the $289 somewhere else
