We had a great experience with All State regarding a claim we had to make on our vehicle due to vandalism. Our agent, Richard, was available within seconds, walked us through the process of filing a claim, and we had a solution to our issue within ten minutes. Richard also took the time to check-in with the process of the claim multiple times. We greatly appreciate the customer service, empathy, assurance, and care that was given during this time and highly recommended All State to others.

Richard lake is the reason I chose allstate and the reason I haven't looked anywhere else for better rates. You couldn't ask for a better person to represent your company. We get calls and emails on our birthdays and any interaction we have had he has always been very kind and helpful. Definitely someone I would trust in the case we would need to use the insurance, and would recommend to anyone looking for insurance in the area
