I've had great customer service there. The pharmacist were helpful, friendly and professional. I think they they do a good job. I'd suggest Phillip's to anyone who wants a better pharmacy, customer friendly and satisfaction.

Every month my fiance has her prescription called in days in advance and every month she has to go days without it because of some excuse Phillips has. Once it was inventory another time they had to order it. This is completely unacceptable and unprofessional.

I walked in on the pharmacist tech being verbally abused by the pharmacist directly in front of a customer. The lady at the front end was very courteous and professional. I am sorry that they have to work in such a hostile environment. Thank God my prescription wasn't at this location.

If you read my last review on low bob's. DITTO. Good down home atmosphere. By the way, DITTO is referring to staff.Anyway, they always have what I need. They accept my insurance. That's a star quality.Nice little assortment of a whole bunch of different things.Price is average on most things.Wish they served coffee. A good place though and I almost forgot a biggy, they deliver, so go or don't and have them bring it to you. Thanks

Always decent service and somewhat friendly people. I like using Phillips because it's the closest pharmacy to my house. However, I have my meds delivered now so driving is no longer an issue. They always have my prescriptions filled and delivered on time every month, and the older gentleman that delivers to me is such a joy to interact with, such a fantastic attitude and personality.

Horrible customer service. Rude management. I was discharged from the hospital after a diabetic episode and told my Insulin was ready at Phillips. I called en route and was told it was there, but needed prior authorization. I called my doctor, who then called Phillips and cleared everything up. I returned to Phillips and was told they did NOT have my insulin (after being told they DID have it earlier, it just need authorization), and would not have it until the next day. Phillips played back and forth games with life saving medicine so long until I could not even transfer the prescription to CVS or another competitor because they had all closed. I confronted the man behind the counter, who proceeded to lie to me, about what he said to both me, my doctor and the my nurse. We were all three told, multiple times, that Phillips HAD IT IN STOCK, but it needed authorization. Then after my doctor called them and got it authorized, he again confirmed it WAS THERE and READY. I will NEVER use this pharmacy again, ever.
