If you value your life and personal info stay far away from Philips drug store. They do not value new customer's nor do they do anything to protect them! My daughter and I went here and as we were walking through the parking lot another customer pulls in cutting my daughter and I off. As I walked in he got out of his truck and I asked him did you not see us because you cut us off coming so close that we had to stop and take a step back. He follows me in where he continued to threaten me, curse me, and telling me that we had plenty of room there was at least 10' Words were exchanged and after him threatening to beat and take care of my 12yr old and to call his wife so she could take care of us too. I decide to call my husband. During the whole time this customer is talking about us to Laura the cashier. Not once did they call the cops or threaten to. After my husband shows up Chad got louder and was asking why did I call my husband and is now raising his arms showing off his arms. After threatening all of us my husband begs the pharmacy to call the cops who agree that Chad the customer should not be threatening people. After speaking with the cops in front of the the ladies working in the pharmacy that he just admitted we had plenty of room to walk through now denies that he even seen us and claims he just pulled into the parking lot where immediately start cursing him upon him exiting his vehicle. I then call Peter the owner who sounds more aggravated that he had to talk to me tells me his techs handled it buy diffusing the situation and calling the cops. Then during my pick up instead of protecting my privacy, according to hippa they allow him to stand at the counter while I have to verify my name and DOB, pull out my license where she's flashing it along with my children's after I already told them i didn't feel comfortable verifying the medicine or our info we're taking with him listening..I will never go here again. Come to find out they know him and kept telling "Chad"to stop. Now I'm worried this man knows my info or they will tell him seeing how they know him and were so carefree with his, other customers, and their wife's name. I do plan on reaching out to hippa and a attorney because I don't feel safe now.

Service is very hit or miss. I showed up once 15 mins before closing and the doors were already locked. I called the location from outside and i just listened to the phone ring. The other week i went in and asked for propane. The woman made a face and said they didnt have propane before another employee interjected so she could help get propane.

Just talked to the rudest technician over the phone! She should be ashamed of how she handled my medical questions and should have passed the phone to the actual pharmacist. Like find another job or work the front store register. What an awful experience!!!

My parents have moved here from North Carolina and Philips has been awesome and patient with my parents getting everything transitioned to them from a large chain pharmacy. I appreciate your care and kindness to them through the transition--it hasn't been easy but your expertise has helped in the process.
