Thieves over charging for services. You have to pay them tow fee, hook up fee, trip charge, cleanup fee, driver's fee, one towing bill was $400. Highway Robbery. Never use this company.

Very rude and charges too much so that you can't get your vehicle out of storage,there is only supposed to be a 35 dollar storage fee but they explained that there is other fees that they can charge just so they can scam you

We ran over something on the highway with our six kids in the car. We called AAA who basically blew us off and couldn’t find anyone near us. Not only did these guys come immediately when they heard we had a bunch of kids, they came in two trucks and drove us to the hotel, helped us get our things from our car, and dropped off our car after we got what we needed. They were super quick, very polite, and incredibly helpful. Cannot recommend them enough!

Chad helped me out today with what would’ve been a towing nightmare! Scrap yard wouldn’t take my car, instead of having it double towed chad went ahead and just took it off my hands, said both of us a headache, 5/5 service!!

I was recently in an auto accident and ended up with my car 30 feet off the road in a ditch, good news is I was okay , my car was intact but I was concerned because it was straddling water culvert and was going to be difficult to get out without ripping off the front end of the car . Pardos recovered the car and when It arrived at the auto repair shop , they called me and told me the extent of the damage was a flat tire . When I went to pick up the car I realized that Pardos had been able to get the car out of the precarious spot it was in without a scratch on it . That is amazing. This is why you hire someone like them to do the job right , they have many many years of experience and it paid dividends. Thank you Pardos for helping me in my time of need .
