Dropped my bike off to have new tires and tubes put on, was told two hours, called 4 hours later and told to give it 30 mins, that's fine. Show up and some crackhead looking dude is on my bike reving it repeatedly and about to take it out for a ride before I stopped him and said that's my bike. He hands me the bike and can't even figure out how to shift it into neutral. Doesn't put the kickstand down and about drops it. He asks for cash and no receipt. For some reason they cranked my idle on my carb super high so I had to re adjust, they didn't even balance the wheels so my bike is shaking horribly. Avoid completely.

Needed an emergency alternator replacement on a Saturday evening. Admittedly, after taking apart the engine and spending many hours, I’m happy they were able to get the car running again that Saturday. However, the car immediately started making noises back on the road so took it to another shop when got home. Here are the list of repairs that needed to be completed: “Found several problems with aftermarket alternator install: 1) engine dipstick missing 2) front timing cover inspection port left open and rubbing belt 3) serpentine belt was off 1 rib on crank pulley causing belt misalignment and damage 4) coolant over flow bottle missing clip and lower bracket 5) ac line bracket missing bolt allowing lines to be loose 6) front cylinder head harness bolt missing”

The evening before I was to drive to Indy for my dog's surgery, I discovered a screw in my truck's right front tire that was leaking air. Everyone else in town was closed, so I called Northside. Chad got me in right away and got the tire repaired, and at a great price. So, I'll be off to Indy in the morning thanks to Chad. Thank you very much for your quick and professional help.

Driving through to PA from CO and the fuel pump went crazy on our 2013 F150. Chad stopped what he was doing at 5pm in the evening, worked for almost an hour and got us back on the road. This is THE place to go!!! Helped us move from California to CT. We had terrible tires going in and about to blow out and came out with 4 fresh wheels. Saved me late at night so we weren’t stuck. I had a tire failure on 70 West today and was able to get in touch with Chad at Northside Cycle and Auto. Their staying open until 8pm was a blessing, because I didn’t get off the road and checked into my campsite until about 4:45pm. He was friendly, polite, and hooked me up with a used tire for an INCREDIBLY reasonable price. He also let my dog run around in his lot for a bit and gave her some water. If you have a vehicle issue while driving through Indiana, make sure it’s near this business. I thought about playing the Mega Millions today, but I already got lucky with such good service.Service: Tires
