I have taken my car to the Honda dealership multiple times for the same issue and they said there’s no problem nothing wrong with it and they cannot duplicate it. It’s a 2017 Honda pilot that all the check engine lights were coming on when we were driving it. They had it there for four days and couldn’t figure it out. Said nothing was wrong with it! Couple months ago I went into MS auto for the air conditioner and Austin figured out in two minutes a relay needed to be replaced. So I went back there. They had it for a few hours today and figured out, It is a bad battery! Fantastic job. These guys are honest fast efficient going to be going here from now on.

I usually don't make these kind of posts but Mike street is the worst mechanic I have ever seen
And the worst customer service I have ever seen too
He had my car for a month, told me in order for my car to work all I needed was a little chip like the computer of the car
And then when I get my car trys to tell me it the timing change
And you can detect a bad timing chain without a new computer
Not to mention he want to say one price then bump it up 200 more dollars for work he didn't do
Now my car runs still not running good at all and I'm out 550

I was in Richmond with my son looking for me a car. We stop here to see if they had anything in the price range I was looking for. They said they offer financing with CREDIT ACCEPTANCE!!! Long story short. DO NOT let them finance your vehicle. Do your investigating. You will pay off your car and they will keep saying that you still owe them money. You will never get your title. Thousands of people they have, are, and will be doing this to. I wish someone warned me. I paid,30,000 for a 15,000 Toyota Corolla. I loved my car. But after the second repo I had to just let her go. But, pathetic financial companies like them and the dealers who are using people as bait like this company. KARMA IS REAL. Really though look them up first. The New York Attorney General is only one of the few that has sued them.

This place is amazing, the people that work there are kind & caring , because of them we was able to get a car to get our daughter to her Cardiologist Dr appointments , for them I am so very Thankful, I tell everyone that I know if they are looking for a car to go here.Thank you Mike !!!

Stood there with $7500 cash to buy a car and not a person would even say hello even after he was told we be there. After standing there for several minutes we just left. Very poor service not recommend. Dont even deserve a star
