Consistently courteous, caring and helpful staff! I have no issues with refills, and no issues when new scripts have been sent in from our Doctor. Thankful for this Pharmacy at our local Meijer!

This pharmacy is a joke. Every single month they run out of one of my medications and then lie about the reason. For over a month they've been spewing some line about their third party billing system being down, thus forcing us to use services like GoodRx instead of our insurance. Well, some of our meds are FREE with our insurance and not with GoodRx. We are blessed that my husband still works, I really worry about those elderly on severely limited income who don't have an extra 12 dollars or more a month to spare.

Had to fill one prescription at Meijer because it was on back order at CVS. This pharmacy is SLOW, inconvenient, and the staff is rude. I only use this pharmacy when it is absolutely necessary. Overall, don’t recommend. Go ANYWHERE else of you have a choice.

The fact that 90% of reviews are from pain pill addicts that had to wait longer than they thought is a joke in itself..never have I had a problem..dealt with anyone rude or racist...lol the lady calling them racist is mad her black privilege didn't count at meijer.10* if I could...

Zero Stars!! Meijer Pharmacy is racist and rude! Had I saw the reviews 1st I would have never sent my prescription there! I am canceling my order. The pharmacist and the staff are rude and racist! Zero customer service skills! Then when asking a family member were they go I found out she had her prescriptions transferred from this location too because they were rude!!

The pharmacy people refuse to acknowledge they entered information incorrectly into their computer resulting in us, my wife and I, having to pay for our 10 month old daughters medication out of pocket instead of billing the insurance like they should have.The one in the white jacket, I didn't get her name because she didn't introduce herself, just handed me a piece of paper and said "your daughter isn't insured. Call this number to confirm.". This infuriated me and my wife to no end.It took everything I had not to go off on her because we just left urgent care where we CONFIRMED and USED the insurance for her. They didn't even offer to double check their own work. Just brushed us off like we were an inconvenience to them.We've had issues with Meijer Pharmacy before but this one seals the lid on the coffin. We won't be using this pharmacy any longer. This was just blatant ignorance of their own mistake and refusal to even double check.Even one of the other customers there picking up a prescription said they did the same thing to her once and refused to own their mistake. Maybe it's time for some retraining on how to use a computer properly.
